not very happy

Great Filter, Low Profile
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two of these filters to cover newly purchased 67 mm Canon lenses. The filter is of good quality and once you take the 62-67 mm adapter ring off, the filter is low profile on the end of the lens and looks nice. Most Canon L series lenses that are weather sealed require use of a uv filter on the end of the lens to be fully weather sealed (some super tele L lenses do not require a filter), so this is a must purchase for those lenses. And I'd much rather spend $10 at Best Buy for this filter than $100+ at the camera store for something that is almost virtually identical.

I would recommend this filter even if you don't use it for the UV, you can use it for lens protection. It saved my lens. I was at a event and someone bumped in to me and cracked the filter instead of lens.

Decent for the Price but I wouldnt recommend

I got this for my Canon 10-18 wide angle lens, the frame is way too thin, the canon lens cap does not fit as securely as I would wish. Probably best to go with something a little more expensive (eg. Hoya HMC).

just what i needed
