    The first desk we got had a big crack on the long piece of wood (foundation board). After taking desk back to the store, the replacement desk was very nice. It took roughly 2 hours to assemble.

    This is a great unit I just wish it was a little bit bigger it’s only 2 feet tall but very nice quality you also have to put it together otherwise I would give it a five star

    wife and I put TV stand together (her brain, my muscle). Went together very easy, well with two of us it was easy. Didn't take long, well even for the fact we had to spend extra time on some steps, we did get it finished. All in all was a lot of fun, except for the bickering.

    This console was coming together nicely until I discovered that one of the back wall panels was missing. Instead of including the properly-sized one, my package contained a mislabled, duplicate larger wall panel. This made the assembly come to a grinding halt as I am now unable to finish the assembly. After waiting a week for a response from Walker Edison, they still have not so much as sent a confirmation email in reply to the multiple inquires I submitted to their parts department. Nice looking product, but horrible attention to detail, inaccurately sized hardware, and zero customer support. Purchase something else from a manufacturer that cares!

    I have had this for about a month now. It has done very well. No scratches. The hinges work well. No problems. The Best Buy team put it together for me, and they did a great job. The only thing I would want is for the openings in the back to be bigger.
