    We knew this wasn't the most expensive TV stand but was what we could afford. It was delivered by Best Buy and then the fun began, putting it together. It really wasn't bad if you follow each page of instructions, but then there was a big problem before I could assemble and attach the side pieces. During the manufacturing process Walker Edison drilled holes for each side piece wrong and not as shown on the instructions so I could not assemble and had to return. Walker Edison was unable to provide replacement parts so we had to return to Best Buy. Moral of the Story, more than likely if we had purchased a more expensive Stand we won't have run into this issue, plus it was hassle to return to Best Buy.

    I would give zero if I could. The item arrived with broken parts, preventing assembly. Not to mention that it was delivered with 3 weeks delay. Wasted money.

    Impossible to assemble, nothing lines up properly. Extremely cheep panels and hardware. Tossed the whole thing in the trash and purchased another unit elsewhere.

    Geek Squad changed delivery date four times before we had to cancel the order. Worst customer service ever!!! Never going to buy from Best Buy again. They can’t be trusted.

    Received the item, box was open corners of the item were damaged, I thought I would try and put it together to see if the corners of the items would show, they did. I called the store where I was told that I couldn’t return because i put it together. I spent all this money and I ended up throwing the thing away.

    Terrible experience... shipped to me broken in numerous places and also in wrong color... took over 2 hours on the phone 2 different times to finally get another (the right one ) shipped to me. Do t do business with them. Terrible.
