Christian was amazing. He helped us in every aspect of our decision making process buying three TV’s. He is very knowledgeable, directing us to the exact TV we needed for each location. Christian is the best part if Best Buy snd should train others in customer service.

I had a repesentative from Samsung help me with picking the right TV. There were so many and I knew I wanted another Samsung. I went from a 50" TV to buying a 75". I am so happy with my choice, due to the help I received in the store.

Great TV. Seems so small until you have up on a wall! The pixel quality is amazing and extremely bright! You should definitely buy this option for a living room or a place where lots of light in your room/home.

I have had Samsung flat TVs since 2012 started with a 46” then moved to a 55” then a 65” and now finally the 75” which is probably the biggest I can go! This tv has a lot more storage for apps than my last one, the QLED is a nice upgrade from the crystal LED and has great overall picture.
Biggest issues with this model is there is no digital out for an older sound bar which is going to make me end up spending more money and the HORRIBLE idea to put 2 of the 3 HDMI in the back of the tv, I went through 3 different types of 90° HDMI adapters before actually getting my setup correct, this is the biggest reason for 3 stars

Sound and picture quality is better than most. On the Black Friday sales they seem to have made the sale seam like a great deal when here in February it’s the same price of $599.00. the sales are fake!
