      If this issue occurs when using a device connected via HDMI, the cable may be the cause. We recommend replacing it with a High-Speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel, often labeled HEC or HEAC on the cable.

    The remote is terrible.It literally skips about three lines.When you're trying to move it down and no local channels

    Bad Screen DOA.. had to return it

    The screen has a defect that caused there to be a bright halo at the top edge of the screen.. the picture was not good quality and motion was laggy.. had to lldrag this thing back to return it.

    I love shopping at best buy but this time my experience was not good. I was promised a gift card that i did get by the way, but it took lots of time off my busy schedule to try to get a hold of some one. I was told to call them several times and then i was told to drive to the store because they had the gift card there manager at store was rude. Long story short i had a bad delivery experience.

    TV was defective, would not reboot, and screen was stuck on the same settings. Had to contact Best Buy could not do much on their end, so we had to contact SAMSUNG. Fortunately they were able to help us.

    Bought this TV for my son for Christmas as his old TV went out a few weeks before. He loves it. Picture and sound are great. Easy set up and connection for streaming. Definitely love the Samsung brand.

    I have had this TV for a week now and I really like it. We use it with an Apple TV, but the smart applications in the TV cover most of the streaming services we watch. The only disappointment is that there is no optical port for connecting our soundbar. We have to use an HDMI ARC port. The model WITH and optical port is $400 more. Be aware of this if you are looking at this TV.

    Since my husband and I purchased this tv we love it it's so super clear. We put the tv in our dinning room, we have 3 other tv's but the we been watching the most is this tv.

    The tv has good picture quality and was prettt inexpensive. The tv replaced another Samsung that only lasted 2 years before going bad. If this tv lasts just two years I'll know Samsung is putting profits before quality.
