10/10 didn’t want a cheap looking roku Tv & this was the next best thing

While Unboxing, I've found that there are air bubbles on the screen on multiple spots.I tried to return but due the holiday i wen there after the 15 days an the return wasn't accepted. Verry disappointing about the Best buy customer service.

It started off good. Now the picture is messed up. I got the tv on Black Friday.

This TV has a beautiful picture and was super easy to set up. I'm used to Roku, so I am still trying to navigate the Samsung system, but it has been pretty straight forward. It is really nice because if you are like me and firget where you set you phone constantly, the tv has a find my phone feature for the person who has their Samsung account attached to the TV. It looks like you can have more than one TV profile, which I am assuming means you can have more than one Samsung account logged in on the TV, but I havrny tried that feature yet. I highly recommend this TV!

This TV is amazing! It has a beautiful clear picture and vibrant color. Ease of use makes it even better. I bought it on a special sale at the end of December, so I feel I really got a steal! The factory settings for sound are a little low, but with some minor adjustments it's much better. That would be my only "complaint" but it was easily fixed, so no complaints!

Love the TV! Brilliant colors, easy to navigate menus, looks perfect mounted in our home. Pickup at the store a little “glitchy” though. We were told it would be ready in about an hour via the online order but when we got to the store, the order had not even been pulled from the storeroom so we had to wait another 30 minutes but not a deal breaker. We will be purchasing from Best Buy again

Great TV! Great Price! Excellent Picture Quality!!

I have had a Samsung TV for more than a decade and they never let me down in terms of picture quality. I bought this one because my old Samsung had a crack in the diffuser plate (if there is a dog barking on the tv make sure you keep track of your actual dog). This is my gaming TV and it works great for that. The menu lags significantly compared to higher end models so I can see where that would be an issue if this Tv is your only streaming device.

Nice picture quality & perfect replacement for a 55" that was too small for the room. Very happy with the purchase. My only complaint is Samsung remotes are poorly designed & button placement is awful so using it in the dark is near impossible.

Very good picture, replaced an older 65” Samsung TV and this one is easier to navigate with the remote. We now have 3 Samsung tvs and they all work great.

I read all the online reviews, they all say this TV isn't good. I think it's awesome. My only complaint is that the HDMI ports come out of the back, not the side, so it's difficult to hang on the wall. And no optical audio out. Screen is fine, gaming is fine, UI for the apps are fine. I'd buy another one.
