Tv is perfect size for tv stand, has very good pictures and work perfect. No complaints.

Great picture and sound, connects well with lg soundbar and luna controller. We watch movies and play games on this tv. The tv is very light and easy to install. I wished it had the audio output but we were able to connect the soundbar and luna controller fairly easily. Would purchase Samsung TVs again.

It is hard to beat Samsung products for great picture and easy set up. I love both the OLED and the QLED.

Now the service and support: the TV arrived with a hot pixel (one always on bright). I called, and Amazon picked it up and dropped off a new one, within 3 days, during the busy holiday season. Good quality, Easy Set up. We have had no problems.

We had to return the first one --- because it had a defect or maybe it was dropped in shipping. I know we definitely had a defect because the 2nd one was SO MUCH better, clearer, brighter and perfect. So besides the hassle of having to return the first one (after we hung it on the wall), this tv is really nice.

What can i say but im so so happy with my purchase. Best buy was so helpful and fast in getting my purchase as well and out the door fast. I love my tv and would absolutely recommend this tv who are looking to buy a tv. The picture is amazing and it also came with lots of channels.

While the picture was very good, I returned the TV because it did not have an optical audio output that would connect to my current sound bar. The choice was to buy another sound bar or return the TV and get one with an optical audio output, so I decided to put the extra money into a different TV. I got one that has eARC, optical audio and bluetooth outputs.
