Unfortunately, the installation was rescheduled multiple times—three times in total—only to be ultimately canceled without resolution. I was informed that your technicians are unable to install this trim kit. This raises a serious concern: why is this item being sold with the option of installation if your team is not able to complete the service? This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a solution—either by arranging installation with a qualified technician or advising on how I can proceed with proper installation support.
