This remote is a lot better than Insignia NS-XB14KRMT Media Remote. The responsiveness of 8bitdo remote seems quite a bit better and it has the capability to connect to more then just your Xbox. I've had it a bit longer than 1 month. So far I'd say pretty sold quality with no issues as of right now.

Great replacement Xbox series X remote control. Love this controller so much that I purchased two of them. One for my wife for her coffee table. One for me on my book table. Fantastic controllers with plenty of functions. 10 out of 10

Purchased this 4 months ago and it no longer works.

Easy to set up. Purcahsed for the newest xbox series X. Works very well. We love it. So much easier to use this than the xbox controller. Had it a year now and still works just fine. Batteries last a long time in it.

Seems to respond better than previous models. Still have to press more than once here and there for a response but not bad at all. Makes watching dvds much easier. Like the backlight. Worth the money.

Works well, sometimes gotta smack the bottom of it to get to stay on. But no other issues.

The controller buttons should light up and they did for about a week, you have to hit the buttons twice for them to work, and you have to be pointed directly at the Xbox. Also, it will not control the volume on my 2022 OLEDLG TV.

This makes watching a movie so much easier than using the Xbox controller

Good size remote. I love the backlight. I have to be in line of sight of the XBox Series S like an old TV but that's fine. I am very happy with this thing. I stream and download with this. Definitely worth the money

Good value I guess but it doesn't work as easily as a normal remote.

Folks I love the Remote and makes it easier to surf around while watching Hulu and such from my Xbox instead of using my game controller. But the one issue I have with it, is that unlike my controller it needs a clear line of sight to the Xbox to work. So it can sometimes be annoying to make a conscious effort to point it at the system when I want to use it. But other than that I can't complain.

Works great with my Xbox with no programming required

This makes using the Xbox X so much easier to navigate, so far have no complaints about it.

Nice media options for controlling my xbox. I have lots of dvds that I like to watch.

Overall good remote with decent connectivity especially if Xbox is open and in front of the tv. I have mine behind the tv and still works properly. Build quality is solid, even after a good amount of drops the remote functions as new. I will say that its inability to function directly with spectrum tv is a big big let down.

Have been using for a couple of months and happy with product. As others pointed out, the remote does need to be pointed directly at Xbox.

Works great for xbox, would tell anyone to buy if you use your xbox for tv

This is an excellent remote for the xbox. It has backlit buttons which is a really nice plus. The build quality is also very good. The one downside is that is that uses infrared instead of RF to communicate with the xbox, so the remote does have to be pointed at it. This does help for longer battery life, but also annoying bc it physically has to be pointed at the xbox. Also, because it is infrared, there is no pairing. Just put in batteries and you are good to go.
