Customers often highlight the SN30 Pro+ controller's compatibility with multiple platforms, making it versatile for various gaming devices. They appreciate its comfortable design and reasonable price point. The D-pad and overall design also receive positive feedback for their functionality and aesthetics. While some customers mention the controller's larger size than expected, the main drawbacks mentioned are the lack of true HD rumble and NFC capabilities, as well as issues with the wake-up function and Amiibo support.

I bought this specifically to use with my switch. It’s an excellent alternative to the pro controller by Nintendo.
Since then, I’ve used it on my pc for steam titles, and I love it. Highly recommend it. Buttons and triggers feel great, and the dpad is also solid.

The product in itself is good. Their customer support is a little off though.
They respond but they dont really answer your question... at all. Its as if they have a bot on the other end or someone getting paid 9 to 5 and is barely doing the minimum.
I was trying to figure out a way to set the turbo the macro button using their ult software (it actually starts the macro seq in game but stops after first input). I also noticed their macros dont detect L2/R2 triggers at all. I inquired about this and simply got a response that triggers for switch is unavailable and is working as intended (???).
Like, are they even trying to pretend to have support? Where is 8bitdo cs reps based out of (I ask because they either dont bother reading ur questions or they just cant comprehend English).
Simply put.. well built product with buggy software for macros/turbo with non-existent customer support.

No issues at all connecting it to my PC, switch or note 10+. Works fantastic on everything. Build quality is as good as first party controllers and the dpad is better.

I bought this controller for use with my switch and also PC. The dpad is great and platformers feel very nice with it. It's a little confusing figuring out how to connect to the switch and to steam but it's not too hard and there's lots of information about it online. One issue with steam is that it assumes the controller has an xbox button layout unless you connect it in Nintendo switch mode but I had difficulty getting some games to work with Steam's switch profiles. Playing with xbox mode was fine.

Great when it works, but suffered lag spikes. Unsure if I just had a faulty build but I could not keep a steady connection on my Switch. Felt great and worked amazing on PC, however.

We love this controller! Definitely does not feel like the 3rd party controllers of bygone days, this feels like it was made by Nintendo (actually better than the stock Switch controllers). Worth spending a few extra bucks so that I could comfortably destroy my children in MarioKart 8!

I was on the hunt for a controller that can connect to my switch so I can play animal crossing and legend of Zelda for. I first looked at Nintendos pro controller and saw the price and thought "that's a bit outrages". Eventually I found this and looked up YouTube reviews, gaming forums, and websites to say what they have to say about. And as you can tell by the stars I am extremely satisfied with this controller. Definitely a steal with all the functions it comes with!

If you're looking for a controller that will match (and exceed) the switch pro controller in every way at a lower price, this is an absolute no-brainer.
Not only does this pad offer all of the features you typically lose out on with a 3rd party controller (vibration/gyro controls), but this thing is compatible with Switch, PC, and even Android phones. Simply the best controller option available for Switch owners. Highly recommended!!!

I have really enjoyed using this for my Switch. The layout is much easier to use if you are used to a PlayStation controller layout than the Power A Switch controllers. I like that the Bluetooth also allows use on my Android phone and also I can use this on my Raspberry Pi for emulation station. The SNES throwback look doesn't hurt either. Great first iteration.
