I was looking to buy another controller for my Switch but didn't want to spend $70 on Nintendo's Pro Controller. The PowerA controller was another choice but I choose this because it has the Rumble feature that the PowerA lacks. The fact that you can customize the buttons and use it on other platforms is also a big plus.

I have 2 switch pro controllers and this is now my go to controller. The only things it doesn't have is true HD rumble and NFC capabilities but the available turbo function more than makes up for it. I owned the SN30 Pro which doesn't have the rumble and this was an upgrade to that. This is a true 5 star controller

Highly recommend this controller, it has a first party level of quality and a great price. I bought this primarily for my switch but it also works great on my mac and my android phone so I really appreciate how versatile it is. If you want one controller to do it all, I'm not sure there's a better option.

The grips on this make it much more comfortable than any other retro style controller I have used. Highly recommend to anyone who plays any games using a Dpad. It's also very comfortable to play with the joysticks as well, which is something that is very difficult with the version that does not have the grip arms.

It's a solidly-built controller and you can feel the classic SNES controller love they put into this. At this point I like it as much, if not more, than the Switch Pro Controller! Have yet to try syncing it to another device, but as long as you follow the instructions the process is fairly simple.

I only bought it bc it was on sale, but i had been eyeing this controller for a while! I strictly bought it for games like super mario maker 2 and any mario game and so far its been amazing.
Would only recommend if you already have a pro controller. I would not recommend over a pro controller though

I own 4 of these units to use with our Switch. The onboard Switch controllers are, IMO, woefully inadequate. We purchased these to use when we play multiplayer games and what a difference! They are also used on our multiple gaming rigs in the house. Flawless performance...highly recommended.

I waited what seemed like a year to purchase this remote, and now I can’t live with out it. I use it on my Razer 2 phone and pc, pairs quickly and buttons feel great. Haven’t gotten around to trying it with my Switch, but I’m sure it’ll be miles better than the joycons

Great controller, it will work with PC as well as Nintendo Switch. This is a big upgrade from the SN30 Pro because the thumbsticks are shorter which give it a more responsive travel. Battery lasts a long time, I prefer this to the official Nintendo Switch Pro controller.

With easy options to connect to an Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Android phone, I cannot recommend this controller enough, the buttons feel amazing, while also having all the features of modern controllers it's the perfect all around controller for anything you are playing.

Excellent controller. Synced easy. Has a good weight to it. Dpad is excellent. The buttons have the right “feel” is the best way I can describe it. Feels like a snes controller but heavier. Would highly recommend for emulation or as just reg gaming controller

I got this controller for the Switch mostly for the turbo function. The button mapping software was intuitive and I was able to remap the capture button to function as a toggle for the turbo. The controller connects to the switch easily and even registers as a pro controller.

This controller is not good for switch but good for other platform. The input lag is irremovable. Unlike the standard version, sn30 pro, this one is very stubborn. The input lag in sn30 pro cam be removed but this isn't. Still a good controller and I'm using it for my pc games, specifically, emulator games.

Best controller for the Switch! I was looking for something solid and comfortable and this fits perfect. Kids love it, wife loves it, don’t look any further! Took me years to pull the trigger with buying a controller and I am glad I waited and found this! Get it.

I really want to love this. It’s very comfortable and versatile. You can map the buttons which comes in handy. However, when I updated the controller through the official program, the controller stopped turning on completely. This happened, not to one but both of the controllers I bought. One started up again, but I had to return the other one.

This is a quality controller and has become my go-to choice when playing docked. I find that the D-pad is a great improvement over the Pro Controller's and since I play a lot of 2D platformers and such that require precise inputs, it's an obvious upgrade to me over it.
My lone complaint is that you can't awaken the Switch console with this controller.

The ergonomics are great. It looks like a PS4 controller but it feels so much better in the hand. The build quality is superb. It functions just as advertised. The only thing I can ask for, is that it turned on the switch, but that isn't a huge deal.

Bought this controller when it was on sale as I didn't want to shell out for a Pro controller. The controller feels great in hand and has a nice nostalgic aesthetic. Easy to connect to the Switch as well.

This controller reminds me of the PS4 controller. I think this is 8bitdo's best controller yet because they finally made it a full size gaming controller. It feels nice like the console controller or maybe even better in my opinion.

This controller sits in your hand comfortably especially if you have small hands like myself . Only downfall is that you can't turn the switch on with it . Very easy to pair with your electronics, I use it for my switch , Mac and note 10.
