The Best Buy rep did a great job listening to our issue and requirement. She knew exactly what we needed, no extra stuff to fluff the order, where the items were located and we very quick to complete our purchase and immediately engage the next batch of customers. I only wish I remembered her name. She deserves a special recognition.

I bout this replacement power cord after I broke mine.

I needed a laptop charger. The assistant obligingly tested the one I thought would work -we were both surprised to find it did not. He found one specific to the brand of laptop, we tested it and it worked. This saved me so much time and aggravation for otherwise I would have gone home with my first pick. Great service!

Works as expected. Absolutely no problems. Be aware that the connector to the laptop is smaller and fits newer laptops. The use of an included adapter is required when using with older laptops.

Works well- was in pinch due to a lost charger and had a deadline over the weekend. Saved me!

Nothing says genuine like a factory part. This charger was a replacement for one that was "misplaced" by my daughter. It was my good fortune that it happened to be on sale. What can I say? Great quality and the fact that it comes with an adapter (enabling me to use it on an older laptop, as well) is a bonus.

This charger does exactly what is advertised, provides power when needed. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is the fact that it comes in two pieces and if you don't set it up properly the pieces can fall apart and stop charging. Once you know to be careful, that is not an issue.

Power cord was recommended to replace the one my dog chewed. It's worked fine since purchase.

After a tragic accident of my dog chewing the power cord to my hp pavillion g-series laptop I called hp for a replacement they wanted $119 ( not including shipping and tax) soooo happy I called Best Buy they not only had one that would work but had in stock and for less then half the price hp wanted.

Works great but too expensive make sure the size is compatible with your device

Works well so far for my 5 yr old hp laptop. No problems. Just like the original.

The plug that goes into my laptop is a bit less than OEM, but it works well.

My power cord but the dust and this one helped me propel right through the day.

Needed a replacement for the one I forgot in another state. The replacement works great. Its a little too pricey for a laptop that's almost two years, but it works GREAT!

My laptop (Envy 17 j020us) has been very hard to find a replacement charger for. But, alas, I found this bargain at Best Buy. It works well and is essentially 1/3 the price of the one that HP tried to sell me. I have always found Best Buy's customer service to be very good too!
