Since I carry my laptop between my home and office, I needed another power supply so I did not have to keep taking one back and forth. After much looking, I found this at Best Buy and it was a perfect fit.

I bought this charger to substitute for my bulky 165W charger I use in the office. It is much easier to travel with and works fine as long as you do most of your work plugged into AC. Will bnot charge as quickly or effectively as the 165W charger, but that was expected.

It does the job. I needed a new power cord, because I lost mine.

Works good have not had any trouble. Easy to use works well.

I forgot my charger when on vacation went to Best buy and was able to buy this HP charger . It was the correct one for my Lap Top and works great. Cord is long enough to reach a plug about 8 or 9 feet away. I ould highly recommend this charger.

Overall works great with HP DV7 but gets really hot.

This replacement power cord works perfectly. It fits my older HP laptop and it works as expected. No complaints about this product.

I purchased this charger as I lost my original . Was pleased to find it was much longer than my original, which gives me more flexibility to use when i need to charge. I am not so limited to being sitting close to an outlet.

The adapter let me use my laptop again. The only disappointment I had was that I have to go someplace else to buy a battery for the laptop. Will have to do that one day. Sells person was very helpful and knew his stuff

I love best buy. Walked right in and found exactly what i needed and it was in stock. I needed this cord in an emergency and I am sure there is no where else in this town I could have gotten it this quickly.

My dog decided he needed to chew up my laptop charger cord. Unfortunately, he chewed it too close to the adapter plug, and it was impossible to fix it. I looked online at BestBuy.com and found a suitable replacement. Fortunately, my local store had one left in stock. I ran over and got it, and it has worked great ever since. My biggest concern was the power rating for the replacement. I have seen so many undersized chargers, and was concerned that I might not find one that was rated high enough. Luckily, this one was actually rated for more wattage than the original, so I didn't have to worry about it overheating and burning up, which would happen with an undersized unit.

charges at an acceptable rate but the unit (charger) gets extremely HOT! At times almost too hot to handle, seriously. This is actually common for this model charger because this is an out of warranty replacement I had to pay for.

Works well. Needed to get new cord as old one totally died. Haven't had any problems charges pc without problems

This charger gets the job done, it has an changeable input if your HP computer uses a different size port.

To ease in desk to pack and back to desk I purchased this replacement for my son. Great price and performance. Doesnt overheat like other replacement plugs.

The old laptop was doing very well until somebody ran over it and severed the cable. So the laptop having no power cord would lose battery power unless I could get a new charging cable. So I went to Best Buy talk to a technician and this is what he recommended went home took it out of the package plugged it in and Wala! It was charging like a champ! I would recommend this charging cord to anybody that has an old PC laptop.
