Quality made charger and not risking it with a cheaper one that has the wrong output. Definitely worth it to have a secondary charger, especially when playing handheld.

You cant have enough of these power cables. They come in handy when at home, work, or travel. Have one at any spot so your able to game on all the time. Must have 1st party quality charger also! Enjoy.

Great price and actual Nintendo products and great and easy to use and have as a back up or replacement.

Works like the stock charger that comes in the box, but like most people, you have your main charger plugged into your Nintendo Switch Dock for your TV. But, if you are on the go, you'll need extra juice every one in a while. With a fast charging speed, plugging in for only 10 minutes can give your Nintendo Switch a much needed boost.

Works as intended. OEM replacement. Hard to mess up

There isn't much you can say about a charger besides it works. I did appreciate that the packaging was made for the charger, instead of just shoving the charger in a box and having it rattle around. Until extra docks come out, this is the next best thing for me to charge my system (our game room is separate from the house, over a detached garage). It's also more than necessary for trips.

I have 3 of these official chargers in my house. One is attached to my Switch docking station. Another is a floater for when I play it as a portable. The last is for charging our cellphones because it charges fast! My wife and I fight over it so I may get another.

Great replacement! Now our little gamer is back to wasting his time, no-wasting his life, playing Nintendo. Can't actually complain, though, because I have also wasted a lot of my life doing the same.

It works really well! almost as if it came with the original nintendo switch! obviously because its nintendo branded but thank goodness i don't have to use my android charger now

I recommend using this first party charger from Nintendo to keep your Switch battery healthy. Remember not to fully charge the switch. I usually unplug it at 85% to 90%

Bought this because I have had some issues with the original one that came with the console. It seem maybe I have twisted the cable enough that it wasn't turning on or something. Works as it's supposed to. No complaints

If you need one of these, just buy this OEM version. Great quality and should last for years.

Excellent charger, Easy adapter, easy charger to use, work very quickly

Had to buy a replacement charger for my Switch when my original one broke. This is the same official charger that you would receive in-box if you were buying a brand new Switch, so everything works like you would expect. The cable length is somewhere around 6-feet which can be a bit of a problem depending on your personal TV setup. The way it hooks in to the back of the Switch's dock can make the dock particularly prone to being dragged if someone trips over the cable, so be sure to tuck it away. Thankfully the transformer brick is rather slim and the plug is non-polarizing so if you're strapped for outlet space you shouldn't have to hard of a time fitting this in.

This came in clutch. We lost our original adapter in a move and I was thrilled they had the Nintendo branded one. I heard that some aftermarket’s ones are bricking consoles

Its the official power adapter so its gonna work correctly for the dock in tv mode. I wish there was a slim travel option that would do the same, this one is too bulky for a travel case.

Life happens, and adapters get lost or mistaken as chew toys by your dog. Thankfully, this replacement adapter works beautifully. Easy ordering, good price, great quality.

Note* I've only used this to charge my Pro Controller. The official power adapter for the Switch is expensive, but it's the one to buy. Third party adapters can have the wrong power wattage, especially when dealing with usb type C. The regulations for type C are all over the place, so one cable is not always equal to another. Skip the headache of trial and error with your new $300 Nintendo Switch and just get this one. This Nintendo official adapter is all one piece, not a power brick and a detachable cable, so there's a better chance of it being the right tool for the job. In short, don't shop around. Just spend the $30 on Nintendo's. They should be using the right parts and it will be easier dealing with faulty OEM products than faulty third party if something ever happens to your Switch or controller.
