This was the first time I’ve ever used anything like this. I thought it would help with the pain in my feet but it didn’t. It did give a tingling sensation in my toes, but the foot pain was still there. I’ve used this several times, daily to be exact since I stand at my job. It has a timer on it where you can use it for a certain amount of time. I use it at 5 minute intervals with the intensity set at 25. You have to do it barefoot. I had to work my way up to that intensity because it does feel weird. The description says it helps with the pain and circulation. I think it does help with the circulation but not with the pain. It also allows you to connect another cord so that you can stick that part to other parts of your body to have it work on your muscles simultaneously with your feet. It works the same way in that you can set the timer and intensity and it works independently from the setting for your feet. It also comes with a remote control so that you don’t have to bend down yo turn it on or change the settings. It’s very easy to use and lightweight. The cord to plug in is not very long so you probably have to use it close to your bed or use an extension cord. I use it right before bed so it’s long enough for me.

It Works But Takes Getting-Used-To

I was not sure what to expect when I first got this and after using it for a couple days, I'm honestly still not sure. I think it will take 3 or 4 weeks to really get a feel for "long term" benefits, but short term, I can say it works...
What's inside the box? The main unit, the remote [with batteries], electro-leads [will need to be replaced after a number of uses] and the ubiquitous manuals, quick starts and disclaimers.
Set up was super simple, open the box, load batteries in remote plug it in and you are good to go.
Power the unit on and you can adjust the time and intensity either from the main unit or the remote. Note that the remote is pretty much line of sight but no biggie.
As for intensity it is from 0-100 and very different for each user. I cranked mine up to around 65 and you cna certainly feel that. My wife was happy at 27 [what an odd number to land on!] and you will feel the pulses through different parts of your feet/lower legs and varying intensities and patterns.
On my first use, I tried to for 15 minutes, then next try went to thirty minutes and final try was at 60 minutes. It is certainly stimulating, but as mentioned in opening statement, I'll need more time to really determine the depth of benifit. My wife had similar experience... First go round was 15 minutes, second was 30 and final was 45. Her take away was that she liked it. She was a little more "on the fence" in that she liked it, but it would take some getting used to. She is a firefighter for a major Denver Metro department and will take it to work to try after one of her crew's INTENSE workouts. Will know more after her next shift.
The one bummer was that one of the LEDS was burnt out so the four LEDS that make up zero, the lower LED never lit up. Certainly not a deal breaker but it is a bit disappointing.
End of the day, it takes some getting used to but seems to work as advertised.

First impressions: aged, senior. Basically, they aren’t hiding who this is targeted after. I wish that from the design down to the packaging they would consider updating this device instead of aging it, with its lifeless cold colors, design from the early “90’s As Seen On TV” ads, and/or Orthopedic shoe vibes.
So they aren’t winning awards with design, but it is amazing. It’s a very basic device that works GREAT when it works at 100%. It has helped me a great deal for the short period that I have owned it. I didn’t know what to expect, but I started at 50 and quickly worked my way to level 99. I thoroughly enjoy the difference in pressure or electrical stimulation and patterns with every minute that passes. I do a lot of standing, walking long distances and sometimes I can be sitting for hours on the computer, and my feet will become swollen throughout the day. This has helped to relieve the fluids trapped and have helped my feet and muscles feel great after each session.
You can set different increments of time. i.e. 5, 10…up to 90 mins.
However, the remote has to be directly pointed at it for it to control the unit. Which isn’t that bad as you set it before you begin, and Ive only used the remote to start and set another session. I will say that it’s a bit of a nuisance to have to set your specific settings each time. You can’t hold down the button to cycle through the levels faster, you have to press it click by click, each and every session. I do wish that it had some type of heated therapy as a bonus.
As I stated in the beginning, it’s not winning any visual awards. There’s no way to make it more compact for storing. The screen base at the top isn’t giving any pertinent health data, just a large timer. The remote didn’t have a place to be held alongside the device so that can be easily misplaced. The power cord should be much longer to accommodate everyone’s living spaces and outlet placement. If you’re at a desk, you can place this there and work while operating which is nice, but again, only if your furniture placement or layout allows for the cord to actually reach an outlet.
I believe I may have received a defective device. The first day it was great. The pressures were spot on both feet and legs were benefiting from the device. The second day of use, I couldn’t feel the left side. After a few minutes, It began to beep insistently, even though my feet weren’t moving. I would readjust and no change. The acupressure was only noticeable when it reached the levels with max intensity. Third day, same thing. Fourth day, the intensity was there in both foot pads, beeped a few times. As of today the right pad began to do the same as the left but as the pressure got more intense I could feel it. Although, I enjoy the device and it helps, this is a sore spot for me. I need it to just work, all the time. Not sometimes.
It’s wonderful that it can be used on my whole body as well. As I suffer from tight muscles, lower and upper back, neck, right shoulder and hip pain. I haven’t had the moment to try out the electro pads as yet, but I am excited to do so, as I can only hope for relief in those muscles and joints between therapy/chiro visits. This makes me excited for my mom to use it when she visits, since she has problems with leg circulation and swollen feet.
I believe this is a great device for my current foot and muscle ailments. And if you have muscle pains or issues with circulation I highly recommend.

If you’re an athlete or active with exercise and want to relax your muscles this machine may solve your problems. I am active with exercise and run around 3 to 4 times a week plus I do a lot of calisthenics. Sometimes muscles are sore or either hurt due to not stretching properly. When I used this machine I swear I almost fell asleep. It really does what it is supposed to do, it sends an electrical pulse to the palm of your foot and other parts of the muscles when you attach the electrode pads. It feels really good like it tickles, of course that’s at the low settings. It is nicely built, but nothing out of the ordinary. The footrest swivels up and down to adjust to your seating position.
It has an LCD which tells you the different settings. It also comes with a remote so that way you don’t need to lean over to change the settings. The top setting you got the time, then the intensity for the feet and then for the electrode pads. The 4 electrode pads are easily attached to the front of the machine and they are also reusable. The electrode pad cables are so long that you can actually attach them to other muscles (upper body), not just the legs. I didn't try the settings too high but somewhere around the 30s my toes were twitching LOL that's how powerful this thing can be.
Overall there's no science to use this and it does what it advertised and really good. It's like having your own therapist at home. In the box you get the foot circulator, power cable, 4 electrode pads, remote control, batteries and manual.

I am an avid runner, tested and own several recovery and pain relief devices. I preferred to alternate among TENS units, compression foot sleeves, and percussion massagers got stress relief and easy the pain after my endurance runs. This is a perfect for neuropathy pain treatment. This is the first time I ever tried the feet TENS unit which is entirely different from the TENS pads that I am used to and I love it so far for several reasons, namely
1) No need to worry about replacing the pads and can have it right under my work desk for daily use.
2) This unit stimulates the feet from underneath and it’s a different feeling compared to the pads and compression sleeves that I am used to. I can feel the stimulations all the way up to the calves, relieving the built up stress up in my leg muscles after my endurance runs. I changed the routine a bit and tried this unit before my runs to loosen up the stiff muscles rather than using my percussion massager.
3) I can use the TENS pads for body and legs stimulation along with foot simulator.
I have this device under my work desk and started to use it for few minutes during my work hours as well. Its more effective when your knees are perpendicular to the floor. Start with low intensity and adjust it up slowly for effective treatment. The units turns off the TENS stimulator when you take the foot off the footboard. Talking about the design, its sturdy and well-built with big enough footboard to accommodate sizes up to 11 US. The footboard tilts back and forth so you can change the position while its running for effective treatment. It has two modes, stepper (displays the steps when you tilt back and forth) and stimulation mode (displays the intensity and timer) with adjustable intensity (15 modes) and timer. I liked the stim mode as I can control the options to better choose my comfort level.
Overall, I recommend this unit for people looking for neuropathic pain treatment or for those who are looking for general use to stimulate your leg muscles while you spend long hours sitting at your work desk.

I work on my feet all day, and my wife has circulation issues, and we'd both looked into TENS units before, but were dubious about their effectiveness. We've both been using this for a little over the last week while watching TV, and maybe it's too soon to really notice an effect, but my feet hurt less and feel less fatigued.
The unit itself is very simple to use, for your feet anyway. Just plug it in, put your feet on it, and power it on with the included remote. Choose how long you want it to run and set your intensity using simple up/down buttons for each, and that's it. The machine will run through a variety of electical pulse patterns for the length of time you've set, and automatically shuts off when you're done. I can't imagine a simpler way to use it.
Now, the additional electrode sets for sending pulses elsewhere are a little more complicated. Operation is as simple as using the foot unit, but the placement can be confusing, even with the included instructions. It's important to focus on the section about what NOT to do, as it's very possible to injure yourself when using it incorrectly. These are rated for 10-15 uses per set, presuming you use them on clean, grease-free skin with a minimal amount of hair. I tried these out for the purpose of review, and after some trial and error, found them to be effective, but I don't have a particular treatment need for them. One good thing to note is that these pads don't seem to be proprietary, and you can source them from anywhere as long as they're the same size (2x2).
The machine can also operate on battery power (four C type), so you're not restricted to a power outlet if you'd like to use it someplace that lacks one nearby.
All in all, If you're looking for a TENS unit for your feet, I think this a great purchase, and the added ability to use two sets of electrodes to treat other areas therapeutically is a great addition, even if placement does have a bit of a learning curve. I'd definitely recommend it.

I use the AccuRelief Ultimate Foot Circulator TENS Unit to help relieve the aches and soreness from long runs and long basketball sessions.
Set up of the system is pretty simple and straight forward when you follow the instructions. Comes with a remote and four reusable electrode pads to place on your feet (can also be use on your body). Operating it is simple as well, with the included remote or with the clear to read buttons.
It really does cut down the time I'm feeling the effects of a long run session in my ankles, but it's most useful to me after a few hours in my base gym playing pickup games. I'm getting older and don't bounce back like I used to, so when I tweak an ankle or mess up a foot doing something I know I can't do as well anymore.
Overall, I am very pleased with this device and hope to keep using it for a long time.

HIGH QUALITY HOME TENS UNIT FOR FEET AND BODY
OVERALL
My Physical Therapist has been after me for a while to get a TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) unit to help with my back problems. I like that the ACCURELIEF ULTIMATE FOOT CIRCULATOR can do both feet and two other zones at the same time as well as independently. The ACCURELIEF ULTIMATE FOOT CIRCULATOR is very well built and the instructions are clear. I like the big lights and numbers that were easy to see from sitting in the chair. The remote is super convenient.
SETUP
The ACCURELIEF ULTIMATE FOOT CIRCULATOR was easy to setup, basically put the batteries in the remote, plug it in and follow the instructions.
USAGE
My wife and I have used the ACCURELIEF ULTIMATE FOOT CIRCULATOR a few times since receiving it and we can confirm it works well. My setting is around 27 while my wife’s setting is 35. So far, we used the feet only setting, but plan to use it for back and recovery assistance from knee surgery once we get it cleared from the doctor. I used the included AC adaptor instead of optional batteries.
RECOMMENDATION
I can recommend the ACCURELIEF ULTIMATE FOOT CIRCULATOR for anyone looking for a well built home unit.

Interesting Device to Stimulate Muscles

This massager does work if you play with the sensitivity a while so you can figure it out. The directions are very good actually, but you still need to experiment. You should start low intensity to be sure you will be able to tolerate the device. Make sure you read all the directions including the electrode placement and troubleshooting sections. They do warn you several times to be careful using the device.
The device will ‘tickle’ your feet and I am familiar with this technology which is used in chiropractor offices with more sophisticated and much more expensive machinery. It will take time to determine if the device helps your circulation and/or alleviates pain and cramping. My feet did feel better and energized after I used the device over several sessions. I started with 5 minutes and went up to fifteen. I set the stimulation to 25. You can set it up to 99.
The machine in addition to the feet pads also includes electrode patches (self sticking) which can be applied to various parts of your body (but not the face and neck as they do warn). Again, you will feel the tickle as your muscles are activated.
There is a ‘Step’ function that is integrated with the ‘Stimulation’ functions, but it is odd. Basically you pivot your feet back and forth and the machine will count your ‘steps’. While I applaud the stimulation capabilities of the device, the ‘Step’ function does not seem to be a viable function. In fact for me it seemed to make my ankles ache due to what I felt was an awkward stepping motion. The way it counts steps is also not very well thought out. The developers tried to use the existing displays, but although it works, the steps counter display is badly designed.
I do recommend this device for the feet stimulation pads and the electrode pad stimulation.

Does seem to help my foot problems. I spend a lot of time on my feet which causes me pain and swelling in my feet and ankles. Sometimes they swell so much I can't get my shoes on. My main remedy till now was to keep my feet elevated as much as possible. Unfortunately that's hard to do when standing or sitting at my desk.
This unit uses vibration + muscle stimulation to massage your feet and help circulation. It has four pads included to apply to needed areas. BB also sells replacement pads if you wear them out. Read the included instructions to be safe and effective.
Not really a new concept (except for the muscle stimulating pads) I've tried a few foot massagers in the past with mixed results. This one seems more convenient and effective with it's range of intensity and the included remote control. I keep it under my computer desk for now for those long gaming sessions or trying to fill out my tax returns.
If you have foot pain and your mate won't rub them for you try it out.It will help.

You can use the device with or without the stimulator wires. When using without those wires, the footrests can be used in a pedal mode with step counter or in stimulator mode. The step mode works as you might imagine - counting steps as your feet cause those footrests to swivel on their axle. When used in stimulator mode, those same pedals will, uh, stimulate your feet with an electric charge of varying intensity depending upon your selection via the control panel. If your also swivel the footrests during that activity, you will find the stimulation feeling applied over the entire sole of each foot. Careful not to turn it up too high - it can get rather uncomfortable.
When used with the stimulator pads attached, you can treat your aching feet and back at the same time. My wife feel asleep while using it (no pedaling for her), but I experimented with various intensity settings. When using just the footpad stimulator at a setting of 12 to 15, it felt like ants crawling on my foot soles. But double that and it was close to being shocking.
Used properly (please read the directions), this interesting Device could provide the relief your sore feet and back need.

The AccuRelief works well relieving pain. As a pharmacist, I am on my feet all day. I have a heel spur and extensor tendonitis. I have tried cortisone injections and oral anti-inflammatory drugs to help relieve pain from the heel spur, but have not had much success. The AccuRelief makes a noticeable difference in decreasing my foot pain.
This device is simple to use. The instructions are straightforward. In addition to the feet pads, this device also comes with 4-pack electrodes to treat other areas of the body. The lead wires are long enough for me to treat my shoulder pain from a seated position, with the device placed in the floor. My only gripe with this device is the size (16” from top to bottom), I wish it was a more compact device. Overall, I would recommend this device for its effectiveness.

I got this mainly for my wife who suffers from circulation issues in her hands and feet. She has had TENS therapy done professionally many times and this is a product that offers a very comparable experience to that. It has a wide range of intensity settings and is pretty easy to use, though I would recommend reading the manual thoroughly before really using it. If you have never had TENS therapy done in the past using this may be uncomfortable at first, but it’s extremely effective. It feels well made and the onboard and on remote controls are easy to use. I do wish that it included additional replacement pads for body stimulation and you do want to be careful where you place them. I do also wish the cord was a little longer, but that’s nothing an extension cord can’t fix. I have a few minor nitpicks with it, but overall if you understand what you’re getting I think it's a good product!

The AccuRelief foot circulator is a TENS unit that has some versatility. The unit is easy to use. The unit can be controlled by a touch pad on the unit itself and also with an included remote control. The AccuRelief can be used by plugging the unit into a wall socket with the included wall adapter or can be used as a portable device with the use of C batteries. The unit operates by sending electrical impulses through your feet helping your feet to relax, bringing a feeling of relaxation to your feet and lower legs. This particular unit also comes with additional electrodes and pads that can be placed on other parts of the body to provide relief to these other areas. Overall, the unit does a good job, is easy to set up and operate and has flexibility in what it is able to do. If you are a person who spends a lot of time on your feet, this unit could offer you some nice relief.

TENS for your feet

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
Pretty straight forward if you know what to expect. It's a TENS unit for your feet, but it also will do the body as well and comes with some pads and wiring to do so. You can use it to work legs, back, neck, etc.
If you've ever been to a chiropractor, chances are you know what TENS or STIM is. It's this light electric current that they send through your muscles to cause the fibers to twitch and ultimately relax a bit. Some people love it, others hate it.
This unit is powerful with stim settings all the way from 1-99, and is powered by a wall outlet vs a battery like most home units. I found myself using the system but turning it way down from what i was used to.
I've got two observations/complaints really. The foot pads are very close together and require you to sit in a very straight up and down, not so relaxed, posture. If even one foot comes off it will stop operating. The other is that there are no additional settings for the body pads where you can change wavelengths and the like to adjust the way in which it provides stim. Certain pains are addressed with different settings on other units. This is more of a one-size-fits-all type of device.
It works, and does what it says it will do. Besides the basic complaints there is nothing horribly wrong with it. If I could change one major thing it would be to give it a longer power cord. Otherwise, it's not bad and does provide foot stimulus and relaxation.
