I got this mainly for my wife's back pain. We followed the user manual guide for placement of the pads and it worked great. It provided relief after only one thirty-minute session. The pads can be placed in many areas of the body and on arms and legs. Four pads come with the machine (they're used in pairs) and both pairs can be used at the same time along with the foot stimulator. We've both used it on our feet in fifteen to thirty-minute sessions. It relieves tightness and makes my feet feel relaxed after use. Be sure to read the user manual as there are a lot of precautions about the use of the machine and placement of the pads. I recommend checking out the precautions on the use of the machine before buying because things like pacemakers, pregnancy, and other conditions preclude its use.

As a regular runner with some years of running on my legs is normal to hear some sounds coming from small arthrosis in my ankles, discovering this device has been eye-opening. If you visit a chiropractor, probably they have already applied some time of electrostimulation in your muscles. The AccuRelief is a great machine to keep at home to recoup some tire and sore muscles. Especially designed, at least the base for your feet, the wires are long enough to apply your treatment in any part of your body. The device comes with the central control unit, 4 pads to deliver the electromassage (grouped in pairs), wires for the pads, the power unit, and the remote. The base serves to control the message for the massage in feet and is also the one powering the wires. However, the pads and the base massage can be used separately. The combination of two parts (together or separate) allows at least three treatments and hundred of intensity levels. Very basic functioning, the machine turns on/off and controls the power of your stimulation can be managed directly from the remote. While the base serves also for the programming, is cool to change (increase or decrease) the intensity of the treatment. I am not a doctor nor an expert but in a week of treatments, mostly the day after a running I’ve noticed that the ankle joints are less sore and the quads (where I applied the pads) end more relaxed than before starting. I also did a treatment while sitting working on my desk, on my lower back also served to alleviate low-intensity pain in that area. The final element, there are no apps or Bluetooth technology here. In my opinion, a big part of this device's beauty is the simplicity in its functioning with its efficacity.

AccuRelief Ultimate Foot Circulator TENS Unit For Feet - MULTI I am not a medical professional so these are just my personal comments after having used this device for a short period of time. The manual for the AccuRelief Ultimate Foot Circulator says you should consult with your physician before using this device. I think this is a good idea so you know if this device might be helpful for you or how to integrate it into a treatment plan before spending your money. And that is partly due to the limited instructions that are provided. In the beginning I felt I had to stumble through how to use this device. Once you do use it the first time it does become apparent that is quite easy. The controls are simple and you can use the stimulation on just your feet, just your body or both at the same time. The display shows the strength of the stimulation you have set for a timed programmed sessions. The controls on the base are mirrored on the supplied remote control. You have very good control for how you use the simulations. Once you set your time and strength it runs through a programmed session. It all works very well and as you use the device more you will find your tolerance goes up. I started in the mid 20s for both my feet and body and was up to the mid and high 40s after about a week of daily use. Using it on your feet is pretty straight forward. You place your feet firmly in the Foot Circulator pads, set your time and strength and go. The body is a bit different as you use replaceable electrodes. There are four provided that you can use at the same time on two channels that run the same program. So you might use four pads on your back or shoulder. Setting the stimulation strength was a bit different for me as I could start with a higher strength but might reduce it as it could become a bit much as my muscles were being worked. It's this type of scenario where I think reviewing the use of this device with your doctor makes sense. I do have chronic pain in my feet and both shoulders. So it was there where I spent the most time using this device. After a short week I cannot say it has been that helpful but it has not hurt me in any way I can tell. I am going to give it more time. Chronic pain doesn’t lend itself to a quick solution so I am going to be patient. And I am going to review using this device with my primary in my next scheduled visit. Finally AccuRelief claims this device is portable. This is probably because it can run on 4 type C batteries. I used the supplied power supply. But it does not have a handle to help move the base around and the cables are a tangled mess. If AccuRelief would look at making this a much easier package to setup it could go a long way to making this an easier recommendation.

I played a lot of sports as a kid and young adult and beat up my legs over those years. I tried using this device and at first I thought it was helping me but after continued use I honestly couldn’t tell you if it actually did work. It’s very easy to set up and easy to use. It does feel kind of weird when using the device and kind of feel like someone is just shocking your muscles. Overall I was a bit disappointed and probably wouldn’t recommend this to the average person.

In starting, FOUR STARS due to not knowing what this unit is doing for me. The unit is of solid construction, a confidence builder. I want to point out to the new buyer that it's a little tricky (to me) at the outset. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, particularly for SAFETY considerations. That does not mean you will be fried, but such unit MIGHT have an adverse effect on certain individuals due to hidden medical issues(?). I plugged it in, had my feet in the recommended position on the foot plates, and NOTHING HAPPENED! I looked at the Remote and was looking for some type START button (none). I consulted the INSTRUCTIONS again, and ... duh ... it said one had to ADVANCE THE SETTINGS ... in my case I wanted to FEEL something in the FOOT massage. IT WORKS! Depending on yourself, keep adjusting the setting for FOOT/LEG MASSAGE until you hit a number that works for you ... you WILL feel the sensation. Again: WE'RE ALL DIFFERENT. I just read some REVIEWS for this unit, and what has worked for some (settings) did not necessarily work for me initially. This is a unit that will take perhaps a bit of time for me to get used to. It DOES send pulses via my feet into my calves. Is THAT doing me a lot of good? I don't know. I WILL keep at it, however, the PRINCIPLE is valid, and the equipment is impressive. I suspect some people MIGHT notice an immediate/welcomed reaction (waitresses, construction workers, people who spend lots of time on their feet). For myself, I don't fall into that category (retired) The unit also operates as a TENS unit, utilizing two separate pads (electrodes)(supplied) to be applied to parts of the body where these signals might be beneficial. These electrodes have two separate connections at the base of the unit. In conclusion: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS before using this unit, then be ready to ADJUST the settings for either FOOT/LEG massage/STIMULATION (with the ELECTRODES).

This has helped my circulation in my feet and provided relief from night cramps. It can be used either plugged in or with 4 C batteries (not included of course) which makes it handy. The adjustable strength of the pulses is a major plus. Through trial and error you will find what is most comfortable for you. It does come with 4 pads that you can use to apply to various parts of the body. These are supposed to be reusable but I found that they do not "stick" as well during subsequent uses.

I did not know what to expect when I got this product. I've never used any relief for my feet. I started running daily again, but unfortunately, my feet hurt or were swollen (especially if I ran in concrete). Normally, I tough it out, but I decided something different this time. I've never used TENS therapy, so I am unfamiliar with the feeling. It straight forward; just read the quick guide, plug it in, set up your timer and sensitivity. I feel uncomfortable if I go above 14. I felt a jolt of electricity going to my legs and feet. I did not feel any immediate pain relief, more like numbing. I've been doing 15 mins sessions, but I did not feel anything different. Now my feet twitch sometimes. I can feel it when I sit down. I've never had that before, so now I am hesitant to try the machine again. Overall I did not like the feeling of the "therapy," and my feet feel weird now. I think I'll try a different therapy option for my feet. I was not too fond of it.
