Ace Combat 7 is a fantastic flight adventure game! The graphics are realistic and the controls are easy to learn. It supports a local campaign which is played offline and also appears to have multiplayer (online). The game is similar in feel to the previous Ace Combat games. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent game that still holds up very well. Pair this with thrustmaster flight stick and your missions become more engaging/immersive. highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys flight games.

This game is great if you are an old Ace Combat fan or new to arcade flight Sims. Controls are easy to pick up and the flight is very realistic and fun. Combat flows well and logically. Great game for military plane buffs everywhere!

I love this game. The graphics are crisp and the missions are fun. It’s more than just shooting guns and missiles. You actually have to fly under clouds or rely on scanty radar information. My favorite jet is pickable early on too, the F-14. Sometimes I just fail missions because the game is just so beautiful to fly around.

Nothing really stands out in this game that would make it a must have other than the fact there aren't many flight games. That being said, the controls are tight and make dog fighting fun. Graphics are very good and the story mode is decent. There is NO co-op which is a big stain on what could have made the game great. It's omission is unforgivable especially in a game where you are constantly surrounded by AI squad mates. H.A.W.X. had co-op and that was on last gen consoles so there is no reason it couldn't be included. Co-op would have raised the score to 5 stars. Its a good game despite its lack of co-op, but not great.

This was my first foray into the long running Ace Combat series and what a game it is! It's got an excellent single-player campaign with a well thought out and mature story-line, excellent graphics, and tight controls. This is an arcade/action flight game- do not expect super realistic flight mechanics or a flight simulator here. Overall I loved this game and think if you're on the fence it's worth a try, especially as its dropped in price lately!

The graphics are beautiful, the controls for the jet's feel great, and the story line will keep you hooked on the campaign.

Ace Combat 7 is an excellent entry into the series. It is a massive improvement over the last entry, Assault Horizon. I like how there is more to unlocking aircraft and upgrades through the Aircraft Tree. The weather effects and terrain features are so realistic that you feel like your actually flying in the plane. It's a little more stripped down so far, after 3 missions, it looks like they took out the command feature, which didn't really work well, and having multiple operations which you had to choose 2 or 3 to complete the mission. Like previous Ace Combat games is more of an arcade game and it is not realistic in the number of weapons your plane carries. It's more of an arcade flight game. Overall I would recommend this game to fans of previous Ace Combat games or anyone looking for a great arcade flight combat game.

Yes I still have my old school flight stick and loved the PC version from decades ago. Wasn’t a big fan of earlier games in this series but Ace 7 finally brings fan home to embrace an exhilarating experience that can be tricky at times but still lends enough variety to stay fresh.

Good story, great visuals. I love the flight physics with the turbulence and how it throws your plane around at times. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was it focused too much on fighting drones at times, and the Sol squadron didn't have the same presence the Strigon squadron had in AC6

I purchased the game due to the preorder bonus of Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation. I never got to play it since it was an Xbox exclusive. I remember playing the Ace Combat series on my PS2 back in the day. It's partly simulation and arcade like gameplay. It's not complicated in the controls and gameplay. If you've played any of the Ace Combat games in the series and enjoyed it, then you will probably enjoy this as well. The game looks great on the Xbox One X. For the most part, the game feels and runs smoothly. I don't really play the game for the story, but mostly for the feel of flying a jet aircraft in combat. There were some issues with the pre-order bonuses when the game first released, but it was solved the following days after posting on the Best Buy forums.

Good story line that continues with the series. Easy to learn controls, fun to play. Rated teen for a little language and mild violence but I allow my 10 year old to play and he likes the challenge and is able to complete missions. He is currently outranking my fiancé.

Graphics and gameplay are great. Typical storyline for the Ace Combat Series but it provides a nice narrative to the mission arc. Aircraft tree provides good customization options. Definitely worth picking up for Air Combat fans.

The game plays very similar to Ace Combat's of years past but with a slightly new story. This was a purchase made during Black Friday for a cheaper rate and I dont think I would recommend purchasing for the normal price of $60.

I remember when ace combat first appeared , I loved to play the game over and over as well as its subsequent later additions. this one is no different. it still has a nice storyline and some fantastic looking aircraft
