Has yet to complain about anything. The screen quality is great and it’s the perfect size for her (9 years old).

It holds up to the wear and tear that my elementary school aged son puts it through on a daily basis. It also is very responsive and the camera has great resolution.

Absolutely Awful

Once it arrived and we booted it up, we were quickly disappointed to find the keyboard was defective. We contacted the third party company (info included in the box) only to be told it wasn't their issue. After numerous attempts to contact Best Buy, we finally reached them, only to be disappointed again. Customer Service offered no solutions to the issue. We received our refund and will take our money elsewhere.
