It is my daughters first laptop and it is a great laptop. User friendly and clear screen.

Nice computer for browsing the internet, watching videos, and playing basic games.

Good looking laptop but it you can't really add Microsoft Office to it because it doesn't have enough "space". The solution for that is that everything goes in the cloud, Google Cloud (docs, photos, etc). You are offered unlimited space if I remember correctly. So, this is no problem to my young sister in law (laptop went to Brazil with her) but if you are looking to get one for your grandma I would think twice :) Best Buy Sales guy did explain this to us fully :)

This is my second chrome book. I run a small business with it. Will never go back to a windows based product.

Very easy to use and battery lasts forever..just dont get why its a google product and you cant get google apps???

While Chromebook is cheap it does not perform like a cheap computer. Runs very quickly and the image is great.

It took me a little to learn how to use it, but now that I do I prefer the Chromebook over other laptops!

Bought chromebook for daughters school work. So far no complaints. Has plenty of speed for what she does with it.

It is easy to setup and use it. Now I can watch internet on the Chromebook screen or on the TV screen.

This is great for elementary/middle school kids since they are familiar with it since they use them at school.

The keyboard doesn't light up so if you are using the laptop at night you won't be able to see what you are typing.

I absolutely love this computer! Great for college students or young adults starting out in their career!

Great nice size screen. Only thing I should of gotten a bigger one. My hands are large for the key board

All I needed was a laptop for internet and this fits the bill. Its easy to use so my kids are able to use it.

I have purchased desktops, laptops and one previous chromebook. The new Acer was the best for the price.

This had a large enough screen for my mom to see it without straining. It's fast at loading pages online, and with a little research I got the screen saver to run with her personal pictures. She's thrilled, the price was reasonable and it does everything she wants (with no extras). Would recommend for the computer novice, an elderly user or a student who only needs it for research. My son's school has one of these for every student!

Great laptop for my needs. Super fast to start up and thin and light to carry. Would highly recommend.
