The biggest problem was forgetting everything I knew about windows.LOL. Took a while to learn the new shortcut keys but the manual was excellent and it was just a matter of remembering them.Again, The built in manual is excellent and makes the Chrome OS easy to use.

Our purchase was more of an emergency buy. My husband just had foot surgery and is confined to his recliner (still even), His laptop quit suddenly and he had nothing to entertain himself with. I looked up the reviews on this Chromebook and was confident this would do exactly what it needed to do to keep hubby happy ;) I ordered it and it arrived in 22 hours, I've never in my life had something arrive so quickly. AMAZING. Out of the box, he was up and running in 5 min. He couldn't be happier. It's quick, it does everything he needs it to do and does it well. I would own one myself.

Have had the chrome notebook for approx. 3 weeks and so far I am very satisfied. I purchased it primarily to stream shows and movies and the 15 in screen is very clear. It boots up extremely fast. Unfortunately it does not support the google play store apps

This is great looking chromebook, good size and lightweight. It is easy to setup and use and my son is able to do what he needs to for school. Great purchase!

First Chromebook purchased for an older relative - thought it would be easier for him to use than a Windows 10 laptop. Easy to set up, runs very snappy, Email was tricky to set up because we wanted to use a POP email and there was no Chrome app we could find that worked well for this. In the end just created a new Gmail account. However, if you just need a laptop for email and surfing, streaming music and videos, this seems to work great - just be sure you are using an IMAP or web email service.

Love my new chromebook it compliments my Nexus 5x great... This is a well built laptop and for next to nothing in price. I'll never use anything but chromebook again

I have had a 10 inch Acer Chromebook for 5 years (which I love), but wanted a larger screen, and the HD feature so I can Chromecast to the TV even better. This one is great! It's even faster than my old one, and the resolution from Chromecast to the TV is terrific! I like the griippier cover, too. Now I use my little one at work, or in other parts of the house.

Got this chromebook for my mom and it was the best idea ever. Ease of use as well as no popups or inadvertent virus installs. Should have gotten her a chromebook sooner. Very sleek in white

Acer Chromebook CBS-571 is an excellent computer. Light Weight and great battery life. My first Chromebook and if the future models are anything like this it wont be my last. I was apprehensive about Acer as a whole however this computer changed my mind. Never had a white laptop, pretty sharp. The only con thus far, highly disappointed it doesn't connect to my Canon Pixma 5420 printer even when it's wireless and cloud ready where my original much older Acer did. So now I have to buy another printer.

Amazed why people buy virus prone computers when Chromebooks are available. This one by Acer is best of the best. Brilliant color and clarity. Loads fast, never freezes.

This was my first chrome book. I was a little worried because I didn't know what to expect but it has far exceeded my expectations. Screen is amazing.

Huge screen, super fast wake up, has absolutely everything I need for school and now runs the Windows 365 apps! Love it!

Got it for my parent's.... Good for them to just pay bills and check emails and some on line shopping.

Acer Chromebooks are great for basic internet browsing and working with Google services. The Acer's huge screen and good speakers are a benefit for our kids, who use the Chromebooks to do online school work, online enrichment activities, and games. The only negatives are the white finish is easy to get dirty and the trackpad sometimes becomes a little fidgety. Still, for the price, it's a tremendous value.

bought this for my wife (and I'll use it in the mornings)......real satisfied with the full 1080 HD display.....videos stream well online.......would buy this again in a heartbeat........worth the extra hundred dollars from small screen (11.6") chromebooks with lesser pixels

Bought this as a present for my girlfriend for her 64th birthday. She is very non-tech so a chromebook is perfect for her. This Acer has a decent large screen and keyboard and good speakers so for 250.00 it is a great deal. Open the lid and it boots in 5 seconds, hit the search key and she's ready to check her emails or surf the internet!

very good computer for basic everyday tasks. good price for what you get. good screen quality, boots up very fast, good purchase for the price if you just want a basic laptop

The Chromebook is perfect for what I use it for. I am on the internet constantly looking something up and I use spreadsheets for everything. "Sheets" is so easy and user friendly. Prefer it to Excel. So very many possibilities to use the chromebook for.
