Good computer for general email and Internet use. Powers in quickly, few required updates, and has a good battery life.

I mainly use it for school related purposes and it gets the job done. Something that could have been better is the audio which isn't so loud. I like that it's easy to use and haven't experienced any problems with the software. I would suggest buying a case for it since it does get dirty easily. Battery life I found depends on the screen brightness which can help shed some light on the keyboard at night since its keyboard does not have led backlight. Overall I would recommend it.

If you don't mind running from the cloud, it is a great laptop. Fully supports Google G suite and MS Office Online which are free. The best part is the display, it is a full 1080i (1920x1080) display. Most entry level laptops are only 1376x768. If you need more local storage just plugin a USB Drive.Easy setup, just add in your Gmail account and your are ready to go. For MS Office Online go to the Chrome web store and install.

Bought this as a new, lighter, laptop replacement. The computer powers on, and holds an amazingly long charge. It is very fast and easy to use. There is a ton of online support from Google. Sadly, the screen is busted and Best Buy will not answer their phone during store hours. Acer has a warranty for repair for one year. I will try my local Best Buy again tomorrow morning and go from there.

This is the second Chromebook I buy and it doesn't disappoint. Fast, reliable, great performance and very good hardware for an affordable price.

This is such a user friendly computer. I just love it!! The price is very reasonable and delivery was great. Go buy this if you like to play MSN Free Games, send emails, do your banking, search and purchase from the internet and do research. Great quality for the price! I have recommended this to many of my family members and friends. Great Christmas gift.

This Chromebook is a great choice for anyone converting from Windows to Chrome and Google Drive. The large, clear, reflection free screen is much easier to spend time in front of than many of the smaller Chromebooks. The keyboard works better than you'd expect from a sub-$300 laptop. The dull white finish may not be for everyone, but at least it's not black or grey. Overall, this is a great device to replace your aging Windows laptop. You'll have more time to work and play because you're not waiting on a slow Windows laptop and seemingly endless Windows updates.

My old Mac laptop was dying. I only use it for email and surfing the Web now. So, I decided to save money and buy this Acer Chromebook with 15" screen. It's excellent. Turns on immediately, always stays on the WiFi, saves my passwords, does everything I wanted it to do and is light enough to carry around if I want. It's not as user friendly as a Mac, but I'm learning. Don't know why they didn't put in a delete button, but it's pretty easy to get used to. I love it!! I just hope it lasts as long as my wonderful Mac laptop, but if it doesn't, at this price, it will be cheap enough to buy another one.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this computer as I was very skeptical due to bad experiences with purchasing laptops online. I am so glad I made the right decision. This computer is very well worth the price. It is easy, fast, and has a nice BIG size screen. If you are in need of a stylish, basic but very efficient laptop for everyday browsing I would definitely recommend you to buy this.

This is a Great laptop for my 10 y/o for his first computer. We did a lot of research to find a good yet inexpensive laptop and he LOVES It!!

I use a web based site to enter notes about clients I see for my job daily. Using my old lap top it took me 4 - 5 hours a night and lots of frustration. Now that I have a Chromebook, that time has been cut in half. This unit is extremely easy to use, loads all sites instantly with no errors and, has all the features I need to stay professional. I will never to go back to that old slow laptop. I LOVE my Chromebook!

This chrome computer has a large, colorful screen. Unlike the writing programs on my windows computer, Chromebooks save your work. I sign out and when I open the cover, it is on as long as it has a charge. I do not get pop up ads and there are no distractions. It is straightforward and easy and great for those who do not want a Windows or Apple computer.

This Chromebook is one of the larger sizes which makes it a great laptop for browsing, email, etc.

The Chrome is working well. Light and easy to carry. I probably could maximize it's use, however, for Skype, Facebook, Email-- this Chrome-book is excellent.

Chromebooks are great for people who don't need programs and rather mostly use the internet on their computer. Its a lot cheaper than a Windows PC, but it is a lot less capable as well. Getting the 4GB ram is critical for chromebooks as that will allow a lot of tabs open at the same time.
