I have tried to reset the settings to auto and it still is super wide. I cant use this as a second monitor for travel because it fully cuts off the images. I have tried to reset several times and adjusting the settings with the small buttons on the side seem to not be working either. I am using it with a mac but i cant get it to work properly.

Arrived malfunctioning

Everything I've plugged it into just says no signal and it immediately goes into standby mode. Plugged it into my retropie and got nothing, tried a computer and got a message saying the usb device has malfunctioned. ACER wanted me to send it in for repairs, just returning to the store and not dealing with that.

very dim, but otherwise great!
