From the very beginning, the laptop fan ran almost all the time an the CPU usage was at 100%. I'm not sure why. Since this is the only laptop in my house, I watched some YouTube videos and set the CPU to run at only 50%, which solved the fan issues. The result of this was it now runs incredibly slow. It's not a function of my WiFi, because I run my Note5 on the same WiFi, and it is *always* faster than my laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
