We are sorry you are unhappy with your Acer monitor. Acer does not offer a wireless monitor nor is this one advertised as such; it does specifically state it connects via HDMI and VGA. If this is not the monitor you want, please contact Best Buy for your return options. They will be happy to help you with your order.
