My mother loves her new monitor! She managed to set it up with minimal help. She lives in United States and I live in Canada. She is a senior and is slightly challenged when it comes to technical issues. She found this monitor to be very easy. She loves the size and the quality!

I bought this to replace a Westinghouse monitor. It runs side by side with another Acer. No issues, everything was uneventful and ran out of the box. Clarity and color are good. I run a MS laptop and Raspberry Pi on this monitor using both the DVI and HDMI inputs.

great resolution great price, easy to setup and use

This is great for home use if you use your desk for more than just a place to put your computer. It is a perfect size for what I needed. As someone with fairly poor eyesight, I feel the resolution is really good. Take that for what you will. Great for the price. Used in store pick up and the process was incredibly convenient. Just keep in mind that the monitor does not have built in speakers so when you use the hdmi, you'll have to disable the hdmi audio option of you are hooking this up to a laptop. Or buy speakers.

This is our 3rd Acer monitor. My wife & I each bought a 22" Acer five years ago to use with Mac Minis and have never had a problem. I work from home and my job required a 2nd computer so I bought another Mac Mini and went for the 27" Acer. I couldn't be happier with it. It's a real high quality monitor with an excellent picture and and even more excellent price tag. This is truly a bargain. If I had not already gotten 5 years of trouble-free use out of the other 2 monitors I probably would not have selected this one because I would have thought it was too cheap to be any good or to hold up under long hours of use. My only complaint is that it takes too long to wake up after it's put itself to sleep. Don't have that problem with the other 2, but that's an exceptionally minor inconvenience. The frame is simple and handsome, the stand is sturdy with a small footprint and there's a quality piece of equipment on top for a stupid good price. Git you one!

This monitor was an upgrade from a very good quality 24" monitor. As I get older, my eyes need a the help they can get, so I decided to upgrade to a larger screen. This monitor is bigger, more clear, and much sharper! Just what My eyes needed. And the value for what I paid was definitely very high.

Easy to set up and great picture quality. I used it with my Apple Mini, and it works great!! I had to add a camera HD to the top of the monitor for $19 to FaceTime and it works great!!

The ordering process and in store pickup were exactly as advertised. The associates at the pickup counter were knowledgeable and helpful. The monitor itself is one of the best ones I reviewed. The combination of a reasonable price and in store pickup made the experience very good.

I need 4 monitors + my laptop at work to efficiently and effectively do everything i need do and this Acer is my main monitor and I love it! I've noticed at our tech center, that more and more people are using multiple monitors to make their job easier and since these larger monitors are coming down in price, more and more folks are purchasing them. My wife thought I was going to drive myself crazy with all those monitors, when actually it makes my job a heck of a lot easier. I showed her my setup afterwords and now she understands and agrees. I showed her how I don't have to constantly flip from screen to screen anymore & I have everything right in front of me. Sweet! I can only imagine what those Wall Street Guys have... Monitor City! Anyway I'm happy with my new 27" Acer I purchased at the RT 51 Southland BestBuy. (My favorite BestBuy) & Thank You for making my life easier!

I had a 20 inch monitor before and felt like I was going blind had to squint and lean close to the monitor. This is a 24 inch and so much better on the eyes. Very easy to hook up. Have recommended this monitor to friends. Love it

I picked this monitor because it gave me the most bang for my buck. If you're looking for a 4k top of the line gaming screen then it won't suit you. However if you're looking for a large screen for a good price that's from a quality brand this is the one.

I purchased this monitor since my old CRT finally gave up. It was well worth it. Of course, any flat screen monitor is better than a CRT. However, the size of this screen, the resolution, the ports, all make for an excellent all purpose monitor.

I had been using a small screen for a while. My wife asked why I did not buy a larger screen, did not need it I replied. Now I cannot imagine working without this ACER monitor. Large, crisp and clear. Should have bought it long ago.

General purpose use. I’m not a gamer so can’t comment on that aspect but for every day use this monitor is crisp viewing, easy on the eyes and provides great detail. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I really like this monitor, is just the right size. At first I thought that probably was to big but after anhour I got use to it. After having thismonitor I dont think I would ever get a smaller monitor. Great picture!!!

I recently bought two of these monitors. One for my office and one for my 72 year old father who is blind in one eye and can't see well. This $200 purchase has made my father very happy. With the big screen you can set the monitor settings to extra large and everything fits. He can now read emails without sticking his face an inch away from the screen.

This monitor gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It's big, the pictures are vivid, and it was super easy to set up. I use this monitor for gaming, and the refresh rate is fine for games like Fallout 4 and others.

If you can get this monitor on sale, it's quite the bargain but only if you connect it via DVI or VGA. I have never seen this before in a monitor and it really should make no difference (digital is digital, right?) but HDMI produces such a muddy picture, the monitor is almost unusable. I saw another reviewer mention this issue and did not believe it. But it is true. No contrast. No brightness. No blacks. No pop. Dull colors. DVI looks great however. Just like any other decent monitor. The monitor comes with all three cables (very rare) so if your computer has a DVI out, you are good to go,. Have not tried VGA but assume that is OK too.

This is my second Acer monitor. The Acer brand may may not be as 'sexy' or well known as others but they make a very good monitor. This monitor is very sharp, adjustable and a great value! I highly recommend it!

This is my second purchase of this exact monitor. I love it since it's a good low price monitor. Low weight and HD. HDMI, VGA, and DVI inputs with a small bezel. Good for multi-screen setup.
