But much like a <$100 printer, a cheap monitor will show you it’s colors one way or another. The menu mechanism gets totally befuddled when using 2 sources. Even with auto sense deactivated, the display menu won’t come up if it has the smallest hint a monitor is not connected. Ie., switch from snoozing PC to another PC is impossble - all cables need to be unplugged then replugged. Another way to get the menu to wake up is to push the power button 50x or so, then it will come on. Maybe this is defective - but I’m 6 months after buying…all I know is that I really hate this monitor now - it’s sitting next to the desk b/c I had to go back to 2 monitors. Feel free to stop in and I’ll give you this junk for Free! $0

I returned it and reordered it and the new one had the same problems. Third times the charm i guess

Drawing also sucks with the ghsoting on it. Sad experience and its my second one of these

I don't know how this got past quality control. To see if there was anything I could do on my end before I returned to Best Buy, I called ACER Support. They said the SN and SNID (labeled on the back of the monitor) was INVALID! I ordered another one, so hopefully it's a good one.

I like that you can lower it or make it taller and it can tilt a bit. The only downside to it is that the volume is pretty low on the monitor if not connected to a speaker or headphones even when it's at 100% volume. Also, I wish it came with a remote controller and that the base was a bit smaller. At least it wont fall, just something to be mindful about if you have a smaller desk.
