Extremely pleased with the performance of this laptop. Never owned an Acer before but so far very pleased. Battery will last almost all day with full usage. Display is great. Only thing I would change is get the touch screen. I miss that.

All good for dialy tasks. Good performance, reliable and lightweight. Some point was not satisfied for me like speaker not really great, cannot upgrade RAM and don't have secondary storage. If u want to upgrade storage, we have to buy new nVME and replace it.

It gets the job done in terms of power. But I do confess it's surprisingly bulky, and the bag is not to best when it comes to protecting the laptop.

Not enough ports. Otherwise it’s a pretty good laptop for the price. I’m not a big fan of windows 11, but I suppose I’ll get used to it. Love the ssd, the display is average for this price.

Great laptop with lots of ports. I like the 2 Thunderbolt (USB-C) ports that I can use to connect to a portable monitor without additional power supply. I can also use them to charge the laptop. A USB-C charger (at least 65W) needs to be purchased, separately. The i7 CPU and 16GB of memory are more than sufficient for all my needs. I haven't experienced any fan noise or thermal issues. This was a good deal when I got it on sale.

Light computer making traveling an easier task. Does everything I needed from a laptop.

Super fast processor. Graphics are great. Back lit keyboard is a plus.

Works great and I love that it’s made from reclaimed plastic (the price was also very agreeable). One thing to note, you cannot upgrade the RAM or anything else inside. If you won’t need anything beyond what it has from the factory then this is a good option.

Its a great laptop spec wise, but the silly "green" aspect of this machine is annoying. The backwards E and R keys are stupid. Alot of bloatware. Aside from that its a solid machine.

Nice machine although a little smaller keyboard than on my prior model. Windows 11 takes some getting used to, but there are plenty of info to help navigate "new and improved" procedures. Wasn't my first choice, but I waited to long to acquire a replacement. I am not a gamer so I am pleased with what this machine can do.

I purchased this computer for a staff member at my church. When setting up the computer, the monitor blacks out and you are unable to restart/reboot it for several minutes. Speaking to a geek squad agent this occurred because the computer was updating Microsoft O/S software. However, after all the initial software updates were complete. The staff member reported that it happened again right in the middle of working with a program. I've never had this happen with a new computer purchase therefore I returned the computer.

Bought this for my daughter who is a teacher. It works great and does everything she needs whether connected to her school or home use. Great purchase.

It is a very good laptop, although I got it on a good sale. I love the aesthetic of it with the recycled plastics. I also love Acer's green initiative.

It's good. Bluetooth isn't so good but for the money I'm happy

Acer continues to be my preferred brand for laptops. This one meets my needs and the webcam is much better than my previous laptop.
