This only gets two stars I ordered a brand new monitor not a open box but when I put monitor together it was missing a screw I called support no help “just bring to a store they can help you there “ I ordered online can’t make it to a store my work hours are crazy so go to a store to buy this not online

I was playing on this monitor for about 3 hours and out of nowhere the monitor froze so I restarted it and now the hdmi will never connect, the menus won’t even pop up

Dear Richard, This monitor has both DP and HDMI ports. You don't mention if you are using an adapter cable, or an actual adapter that connects to the end of your cable. While Acer cannot guarantee all adapters will work, you might try a cable that has VGA on one end and HDMI or DP on the other. Had ghosting and screen tearing on stalker 2. Call of duty was good but everything seems kinda blurry to me. Not sure if it's the games or the monitor. Probably the monitor. My TV doesn't do that. The advanced sharpness didn't do anything and had to have HDR off to even use it. So then there's no sharpness settings. Shows an audio jack but there isn't one. It's looks and sounds nice for 100 bucks but idk people say it breaks easily too.ight go return it and keep my 100 bucks.
