Absolutely the worst computer I've ever owned!!Posted
Believe me when I tell you this thing is the worst computer ever owned! From the moment I got it any video would barely play and would be so choppy that it rendered them unviewable. The mouse constantly freezes...not just a milisecond at a time...oh no...I'm talking literally, no exaggeration freeze, count to 30 and it still isn't unfrozen. It gets to a point where you just can't even use this computer! I've NEVER had a computer with issues like this in my life! Had a few different experts look at it and they said no viruses...the computer is faulty. Best Buy when I called them initially told me it is normal and probably an internet problem, then blamed updates needed, then when that was ruled out blamed me even though I only owned it 1 day! I suffered with this thing and have owned it now a year, it is now close to trash time. The Samsung I had before this lasted me 5 years without issues. I will not EVER buy another ACER!!! Nor will I buy a computer at Best Buy after their lack of support with this. IF YOU ENJOY IMMENSE AMOUNTS OF STRESS, GETTING FRUSTRATED AND NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE INTERNET OR WATCH VIDEOS THEN THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!
