This computer is great for the money, it is a little slower than i wanted but gets the job done

My sons 10 yr old laptop played games better than this one.

Bought for my 12 year old son, not top of the line but definitely not bottom either. He can do his school work, play games,videos ect. Programs run smoothly, fast, graphics are good.

Started lagging right when i turned it on. Won't stop lagging. waste of money. Says its a gaming laptop. In my opinion this is false advertising since even when i try to download/play low res games, it still lags.

I figured it was too cheap for a gaming laptop. I tried it anyway. I ended up returning it within a few days of trying. They should remove "gaming laptop" from their listing.

I would never buy this product again, supposedly it’s a gaming laptop but it runs so slow it takes forever to play a turn based game

This seems to be a very nice computer and will allow my Great-granddaughter to play all her games.

Got this for Christmas. Was actually looking forward to playing with it. Man was I extremely disappointed. Now I wasn’t expecting esports level gaming mind you but I was expecting better than 15 - 20 FPS when sitting town or hideout in game on the lowest settings and definitely expecting better than 1 - 5 when actually playing the games (diablo 3 and Path of Exile were the 2 I tried neither would be considered some cutting edge FPS shooter). Also kept getting BSOD’s after in game for more than a few minutes then try changing settings or alt tabbing. Dump logs pointed to graphics driver issues. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling adapter drivers nogo. Made sure to be using the most current drivers. Still getting horrible performance. Still getting bsod’s It may do fine for basic pc stuff like word documents or games like solitaire but certainly not for anything more system taxing than that and shouldn’t be advertised as such. I only hope there is enough time left to return this.

Ordered this back in 2019, and now (2023) it’s still working just as good. I’m loving every bit of this laptop.

I bought this for my youngest son and it was a horrible disappointment. I found another brand also at BestBuy for only $100 more 30 minutes after purchasing this online. BestBuy won't cancel the transaction after 30mins. I tried. I purchased a HP for my oldest son. I wish I'd bought both the same laptop. This laptop wouldn't even load YouTube videos, run Roblox on med. graphics let alone run his RPG games. It even took forever to factory reset when we took it to BestBuy today to refund it. Of course they wouldn't honor the same price we purchased the HP for as an exchanges so instead of $100 more for the better gaming laptop they wanted $250 more and I got the pleasure of having two associates under 25 chastise me about what I should have paid for a gaming computer. So I got a giftcard w the amount on it. Yippee. I doubt I'll be purchasing from Best Buy again after I use this card. This would have been fine for normal laptop use in home or office. It's false advertising listing it as a gaming laptop.

This is a below entry level PC. You cannot perform 2 functions simultaneously due to the terrible power and OS. I returned mine within first year and Acer reinstalled the Is and it still sucks. Do not waste your money on this PC. Do not try to spend less than $500 for a Pc as you will get what you pay for.
