Wouldn't work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate to give such a low review on a product that I didnt even use but what else can I give a product that wouldnt work. It was brand new with either a corrupted hard drive or no hard drive installed at all. Of course we could wait for a new hard drive to be installed, get a replacement of same computer (now that my confidence in said product was gone) or get a completely different brand. Wound up getting a new HP with a bigger screen and thirty dollars cheaper. I'm sure my experience is rare but still.

Not happy with performance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this laptop for several weeks now and I have not been happy with it because it has quirky problems. The worst problem is that the cursor jumps around whenever I try to type something, particularly when I am online. I cannot get through an entire word without the cursor jumping to some other place on the page, or even to other tabs. Sometimes it will even highlight the previous text I have typed and delete it. Even if I type very slowly it does not prevent the problem. If I have something long to type (like this review), I have to first type it someplace like in word, where the problem is not as bad, and then paste it where I need it, or it will take forever to finish the message. The laptop also randomly goes black and has to be rebooted for no reason that I can find.
