This is a great Laptop. The display and thumb print log in feature are my favorites.

Absolute piece of crap! Paid full price and 15 days after purchase it overheated (burning my son) and then shut off. Best Buy has a 14 day return policy so I had to deal with Acer and quickly found out they're the worst company that has ever existed. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE. I will never buy another Acer product again. Save yourself time and just throw $1400 into a flaming dumpster. It's probably a safer option and the end result is the same - you're significantly poorer and staring at a burnt piece of trash.
