This thing has delays in simple operational processing that are ridiculously long & extremely frustrating. My fairly ancient Windows 10 computer (no longer security supported by Microsoft) is so much faster than this thing. I hate it. I wish I hadn't bought it. I spent even more money buying new software that is now located on this snail of a computer. I only use my computer for email, paying bills, word processing, Quicken books, and little else. I am not a gamer or tied to my computer in any sense. This thing is nothing but wasted money and frustration. I have no idea why it has such good reviews. So absolutely unsatisfied!

It was a good price and the associate who helped me did a great job. A week later I was able to get a price drop refund for the difference in the sale price, done entirely via chat online.
