Paper manuals are no longer available for the Acer computer products, but they are available online on our support page here: https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/drivers-and-manuals. Enter the serial number or SNID of the PC located on the back or side of the system. Here are some steps on how to install Office 365 on another computer, that you might find helpful:

Enter your product key to redeem it

This PC is not considered a gaming computer as it has 8GB memory and onboard graphics. When choosing a computer to run games such as Roblox or Minecraft, we recommend you check the system requirements of the game and compare to the specs of the PC you are looking to get. Setup to wi-fi and all the rest was easy and fast. For my uses - surfing the net - a little publisher and word processing and some other minor (read: not high end for speed or resolution) programs. However . . . a couple months ago, the Desktop stopped working after attempting to upload a windows OS monthly cumulative update. I contacted Acer's customer support and after accomplishing all the troubleshooting/resolution steps it was still not working. Acer acknowledged the warranty and provided instructions for packaging and mailing the desktop to their repair facility. Oh, and a shipping label at no cost to me. About 10-14 days later I received the repaired Desktop and it's been working fine. I give high marks to ACER not only for a good desktop at a reasonable price but as much for standing by their product with outstanding service.

It’s better than the HP I used before. A drawback is no disc drive. However, its bringing me into the 21st century with thumb drive. Danielle, my sales person, knew exactly what I needed in this economically priced desk top. A very good purchase!! Money well spent.

I needed to replace my Dad's old computer which crashed. This was a great plug and play option. We had it up and going without any issues. We didn't need the wifi card, but I thought that was a very nice addition that allows the location of the tower to be placed anywhere.
