Great speed, video, and sound

I use it for watching movies on Netflix and other apps. The only downfall I have found so far is that after staying on for 2 to 3 days you have to do a hard reset. It get very bogged down. But as soon as it is restarted. Everything is good to go.

Acer laptop love it.

I had a Sony Vaio and and dislike it it was difficult to ad new software. My son has an Acer and told me it was the best laptop he has pruchased and he had a few, so I I review the laprop on line went to Best Buy, they had the one I was looking for at the best price, I decide to purchase the laptop and being very happy with it.

Excellent Return Policy

After it was opened, the laptop was found to be warped and would not sit flat. I contacted Acer who was no help, so I boxed it up and brought it back to Best Buy. Excellent service and I walked out with a replacement laptop. So far the laptop is performing well.

Works so far

To test 1080 HD resolution, went on to DirecTV and watched a little TV - Nice. Too bad no DVD/CD - I'll need to get one so I can load my Microsoft office but it is what it is when you don't want to spend megabucks to begin with. All in all, I'm happy, so far.
