In less than a month after I purchased my computer a manufacturer defect caused me to take the computer back to Best Buy. They traded me another computer at no cost. Love the computer, would buy it again. Speed is great as long as you have good internet connection.

I love my laptop. I like the fact that it folds to a tablet. I love Acer laptops. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that you have to keep pushing the number locks to use the number keyboard.

I needed a fast replacement for a Lenovo Yoga that I bought a few years back. Truth be told, I had a hard time getting used to the Lenovo even thought it was supposed to be the best of the best. I opted for this Acer as it was recommended to have similar functionality. I have thoroughly enjoyed this laptop so far. It is a tad slower than my Lenovo, but the speakers are phenomenal, the touch screen is not hyper-sensitive, the track-pad is easy to navigate and the key board comes with a ten key, which is helpful for all the data entry I do. My only complaint is that it's huge! I'm mobile for work and the Acer is a bit heavy to lug around. However, I still like it much better than my old Lenovo which was supposed to be a better brand. Go figure! I think the Acer is much more user friendly and I think it's size is a minor hassle compared to how much I like it.

Like the sleek profile. Screen pic is good. Fast processor. Battery life is less than what was quoted for the product.

So far love my new laptop. The touch screen is fun. Loptop does everything I need and a lot more. Great price too.

We had a computer that was several years old, and it desperately needed updating. I chose this computer as it fit my budget, had a keyboard with the numbers on the side, was a good size, and fit my needs. The lighted keyboard is another great feature I had never encountered before. I also like that it has a touch screen, although it will take some getting used to for us to remember to use it. This computer works well for us.

I purchased my new Acer laptop based on wanting a touchscreen laptop and the size of the screen, and weeding out the ones I didn't want. And also from recommendations from the Geek Squad and a sales rep. I have been very happy with my purchase to date. It is a heavier laptop, but it mainly stays at my house, so no issue there, but has all of the features I wanted except a DVD drive which I also purchased for under $25.

I wanted something that could handle multiple tasks, without breaking the bank. I was looking at a more stripped down laptop from another brand when the Best Buy agent let me know they were having a special on this laptop. It was only $50 more and carried better resolution, a better processor, more RAM, 2-in-1 capability, touchscreen, etc. It was on sale for $200 less than what it normally cost. Such a great deal!

Love it. Speeds are good. Its light and easy to read. Love the flexible shift to a tablet

I have a macbook pro, but my mac can't dowload some applications that only can be dowloaded by a pc. I decided to buy the acer because I heard they made good computers and I wanted a touchscreen. This is a great computer and I love the tablet, tent, and laptop mode!

I wanted an affordable PC laptop and this fit the bill. Screen is good, much better than the other PCs in the same class. Touch screen works like it supposed to. The speed isn't the fastest but if you are considering a PC laptop at this price point you aren't going to get the fastest. It works well for email and web browsing. I gave it 5 stars because everything I read about it has held true.

I love the touchscreen, it really adds to the Windows 10 experience, computer runs well and sets up fast - not too much bloatware, but there are a few things I removed right away. I would def recommend

The only concern that i have is when a use multiple pages , is the soud of the fan. I don't know is this normal. But other than that is a good product

I love my laptop and what it has to offer however I bought it in March by June it had to go in due to freezing up. Then three months later it did the same thing and so in October they had to erase everything and reload the software. Am waiting to see if it will need a returned trip in January.

When looking for a laptop, build quality was important to me. I selected this machine because of the price point and the partial aluminum body. It feels more solid in the hand and I hope provides longer service than other PC's I've owned.
