I purchased this laptop when I decided to be self-employed. I needed a machine that was fast, had a large screen, and also had a number pad. This thing is great! I have had it for a year now with no issue. I love how I can use it as a tablet when needed, it has an easy to use touch-screen and also can handle some serious data-entry. No complaints.

I've been very happy with the Acer. I use it as my everyday machine with no issues. It is convenient and comfortable to use. My usage is pretty basic, internet, Office, shopping and an occasional movie. It handles it all perfectly well. It's also light enough to take with me on trips and the battery last me about 5 to 6 hours of use. No complaints.

I push computers to the limit - this one does ok for a seriously great price. Large hard drive and good processor. would prefer to be able to add more ram. only downside, however at the price this device has a lot of features.

I was hesitant to purchase a touch screen laptop that converts into tablet mode. As it turns out, I love the touch screen for editing finer details of photos. The color quality is vibrant. Laptop is overall durable.

I'm thrilled with this laptop. I love the touchscreen as an alternative. The touchpad is very sensitive and easy to navigate with. Windows 10 is easy to get used to and the operating system is fast. I do miss a CD/DVD burner or to use and watch movies with though.

It is a great computer if your on a budget. Our HP took a dump, so we were in the market for a new computer. We were on vacation, and stopped at Best Buy at Mall of America and the guy showed us this computer. After seeing everything it had to offer. We purchased it, and have not had any complaints. Great price for a good product.

Great screen - nice keyboard - some reviewers referenced pointer jump when using the pad - yes it does happen but not a lot. Should have paid the extra money to have office installed. Nice PC wish it were a little faster but the light up keyboard is awesome.

I bought this laptop mainly for school. I didn't give it a full 5 stars because I had to bring it back the day after I set it up. The laptop wouldn't recognize my password ( yes, I wrote it down) . When I brought it back to Best Buy they had stated there must be something with the updates since I was the 4th person in the last 3 months to have this same issue. They were able to remove the password to login and almost 2 months later it's been great, no issues and I would absolutely recommend it. It holds a decent amount of a charge, quick start up, love how the keyboard lights up, and it doesn't over heat. I would recommend this if you looking for a laptop to do school or work.

This has been a very good computer so far. I like the versatility it offers. The HD screen is great for viewing pictures and videos, the speakers are very good. The touchscreen is very convenient, but it requires frequent cleaning or fingerprints. Learning to use Windows 10 has been the biggest challenge.

I've had an Acer before and it always worked well for me. This computer is great. The screen has nice quality and I love the backlight keyboard. It's a bonus that you can fold it in to tablet mode and that it has a touch screen. I use it mostly for school and being on the internet. Works great so far.

Does everything and more that was needed for my wife who is a school teacher. Touch screen is great and the ability to use it as a tablet is great also. A lot of computer for the price.

This laptop has a great feel and look to it. It's performance is exactly what I was hoping for and more. Being able to fold it into a tablet helps when space is limited. I am the type of person who does excessive research before I purchase anything and I am glad my research paid off.

Went from a window vista operating sytem to windows 10 huge upgrade great monitor and weight. Does evrything i need it to do. Quick

I love my new acer it is easy the use and has lots of storage for pictures and documents. I love that the screen is also a touch screen. I would recommend this computer to anyone

I love the look and ease of use of this computer. The stainless steel is very classy looking. The one surprise to me was that it is heavier than expected. I don't carry around that often, so it is not a deciding factor for me. It works well as both a laptop and tablet.

I love this laptop for many reasons: the rubber bottom grip, convertible capabilities, touchscreen, sleekness, size and its ability to hold a Zast amount of information, its great design and much more. ❤️

This computer fits it's purpose of web browsing, email, accounting, and word processing. It also handles mild gaming. So long as you do not expect this PC to perform as one that costs a grand more, you should be satisfied. With that being said, I am considering replacing the 5200rpm HD with a solid state drive to improve speed; but, the computer is quick enough to have deterred me for a year now. The only complaint I have is the lack of physical volume buttons, as you must use the function button and the arrow keys to adjust volume. The light up keyboard is a great bonus!

the laptop is a good all a round laptop for general light business use. Nothing special but solid performance as you would expect in a midline laptop.
