    I was supposed to get 21 Chromebooks by a certain date that was promised to me. Only about half came in on the expected date. That is why I cannot give this a perfect score. That said, I liked the product, the price was fair. Special shout out to James C. of Best Buy telephone customer service who helped me in a friendly and efficient manner. It was not his fault it did not come on time; not clear who's fault it was.

    This is a very nice Chromebook. I purchased it for a not so tech savvy family member. Very easy to use. Boots up super fast and has a great variety of apps to install

    Bought this chromebook this october for 150, easy to setup, works like a charm. Has a great battery life on it and the sleeve looks awesome. Great purchase.
