I am giving five stars and each star is given as follow: * Shopping experience - How easy/hard was it to find what I was looking for. * Order process - How easy/hard was it to navigate through the ordering phase. * Customer Service - What was done when something went wrong or the promised delivery. * Delivery/Packaging - Item delivered on time and packaged properly. * Product use - So far it still boots up quickly and navigates the internet well.

Good enough for kids to use at home as part of their online classroom homework. Lots of screen space for them to read and look at. Everything seems to be working OK.

This Chromebook is everything I wanted and expected. I have two other Acer Chromes. One I completely wore out. The other is smaller so that I can fit it in my travel bag.

i would rate this good for the price there was a few things i would change like the desktop but other than a few small things it is good for what you need it for.

Battery went dead in under 2 years. Won't start any longer. Because I live on the Big Island of Hawaii, not Oahu, my Geek Squad warranty doesn't seem to mean much. I can't physically walk into a store & they won't send a label or box like Square Trade does. Was a gift for my Mom and I picked badly.

Fast start up. No annoying slow down for updates like with Windows laptops. Long battery life. Use only for email and browsing. Easy wifi printing to Epson printer.

I have an older Acer Chromebook 15 that has served me well for the last four years and reached the end of it's useful life, so I decided to buy this one as a replacement. The resolution on the screen is it's biggest detraction. No matter how I set the resolution the screen is blurry and lackluster. Also the keys are not backlit which I was not expecting. It's going back.

The best part is I can easily print from this laptop vs my previous Acer which was quite complicated. All other systems seem to work well.

Never buy a chrome book, ever... there's literally nothing that works with it. I bought it for use with using my laser cutter, 3d printers, silhouette and no one makes any software that's compatible with any chrome book.

I like it because the internet is faster, it took me a little time to get used to it. I really like like it the battery stays up longer.

I went from a 2014 macbook air to this and I don't regret it. It's not slow! I was hesitant to buy a chromebook, but I'm not in school anymore and use it for more casual surfing. I occasionally use it as a work computer, and dropbox seems to slow it down a little, but what can you do... It's faster than my old macbook that's for sure.
