    The first one I purchased had to be returned because it simply wouldn’t work. New out of the box it was defective. Returned it and got the same one in July 24, January 26 and now I’m dealing with a potential battery failure or worse.

    It is the first Chromebook I have purchased but it does all I want to do. Docs concerts all my old word and sheets concerts excel. I like the way as soon as you put in your password, it's ready for you to use. Best Buy put everything on my old dead desktop onto a thumb drive so I have everything from my old computer.

    Don't want to spend a lot on a Zephyrus g16 nor do you want a redundant gaming device as you may already have a powerful gaming desktop and/or have access to a premium streaming service like GeForce Now ultimate... Well here is a viable solution.
