Excellent little laptop. Works efficiently and quickly. Just what I needed.

ACER Chromebook plus opened just today. Screen is big and keyboard is comfy. Best Buy wrongly marketing 12 months Google AI pro offer as when i went to site google.com/intl/en_us/chromebook/perks/. it gave me product not eligible. Geek Squad this is not good experience.

Great so far. Very fast loading pages. Much better than a standard Chromebook. If you already like Chromebooks you will Love this one. Good display. Has more new tricks than I will ever use. Loads up new android apps very fast. The battery life is OK unless you are heavily gaming. If I blaze thru a lot of levels on Candy Crush I will have to recharge in about 90 minutes. For regular web surfing the battery will go a couple days. Plays videos nicely. If you have fast internet you will rarely see the loading circle. Sound is typical for a laptop. Has a little fan that runs sometimes. Can barely hear it. So far it does everything I need in a laptop. NO buyers regret. If you can get one on sale, Go for it!

Just got my Chromebook Plus and honestly, I’m impressed. Super light, fast, and the battery lasts all day. The screen looks really good for videos and work, and I love how quick it boots up. Perfect for browsing, streaming, and everyday stuff. Only downside is you can’t run heavy programs like Windows apps, but for school, work, or chilling online, it does the job really well. Definitely worth it.

I’ve really enjoyed this Acer Chromebook. It’s user friendly, its battery life is long, it has great processing speed, and it’s an all around great choice.

This is the 3rd Chromebook I have owned and the first "Plus" model. (actually the 6th counting the ones I bought my wife) Definitely a speed increase compared to my older ones. For surfing, entertaining, paying bills etc these are the best. Simple and Safe to use. I have had the "Ransom" screen pop up on my wife's and simply restart the computer and you're back up again. Chromebooks are less expensive than windows or apple computers.

We wanted these Chromebooks for a while and when the price dropped below 300 we bought a handful for our staff. Best Buy delivered them quicker than expected and they arrived in perfect shape. This model is one of Acer's better configurations. A Chromebook "Plus" is usually only available in the 500 dollar price range. The large screen, HDMI output and Core-i3 processor are fantastic features.

This is my 4th Chromebook and the best one so far. It’s fast, has a great bright display and I enjoy the numerical keypad. Very happy with this purchase.

Fast and plenty of storage. I love this for my two home businesses. Chromebooks are the best! Dont shy away from them!

After buying this model, I am very impressed with its performance, versatility, and the feature set of Chromebook Plus. The display is crisp and detailed, wireless performance is great, and the gray laptop styling is nice and sleek. I would recommend it!

I have been using laptops for years, and really don't want to go back to anything else. This one is working beautifully, no glitches, no confusion on my part with its use, the 16" display is perfect, it's simply quite easy to use, fast, so far, I've had no problems, I'm happy with it. It's hard to review something that does what I want, works well, has no problems at all. It's a very nice laptop.

Great, personal computer ! travability, set-up, speed, and usage.

Prior to this we had a Plus 515 and the 516 is a nice step up resolving a few of the items I had an issue with. Plenty of power for school work and personal activities as well. The screen brightness is decent in both low light and bright light. The only real thing I wish was it had backlit keys.

Perfect for what I needed. I'm visually impaired and the large screen makes a huge positive difference for me. A good value on a product that functions well for my technology needs.

The best laptop I've own so far. Processor is quick and key functions are simple. No guessing needed. Long battery life, able to work without interrupting my projects to frantically look for a charger, this laptop lasts days without charging! The size of the screen is also a plus! I often don't work with my reading glasses, visibility is on point and lastly the speaker potential/volume is great as well.

The Acer Chromebook 516 GE is a powerful and well-featured Chromebook. Its standout 16-inch, 120Hz display and responsive keyboard are excellent for both productivity and cloud gaming. I bought a different computer, and I didn’t like the keyboard. I returned it and got this item, which I like much better. The main point of this review is that the return process was easy and seamless.

Good screen quality. Good brightness. Feels well built. Very good batter life so far. I have a more powerful laptop docked to a monitor and I wanted something to bring around the house that wouldn't be slow but wouldn't break the bank. This felt like a good value to hit an i3 with 8GB RAM and I'm happy I paid a little extra over entry level.
