      The chrome book itself good for the cost. The add-on that comes with your purchase that best buy recommends for protecting the chrome book for example Web Root don't waste your time trying to load or make it work. Eventually you will receive another email from Best Buy to purchase the one that will protect your purchase that is the proper one.
