Great Chromebook for a fair price. Has worked well for two years with no issues

This is a great product. I purchased it online so I was not able to see it in person. The body and keyboard are high quality. The display is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the AMD Ryzen processor is.

As advertised convenient easy to use for all web based needs lightweight easy to transport and even came with it's own case to help protect it

Love this computer. Its my 2nd Chromebook. The battery has a good use time, clear screen, durable. Easy to use. My favorite on the go computer yet.

I was initially impressed by the beautiful screen and specs of this Acer Spin 514 Chromebook, including the "Mil-Standard Certification" and Gorilla Glass screen, which I thought may translate into a certain degree of toughness, but, after about a year of trouble-free and occasionally glitchy performance, I spilled a milkshake onto a corner of the keypad at breakfast. I immediately shut it down and washed off the corner under the tap for about ten seconds and opened it up to dry out for a day. Upon charging it and trying to restart it, I found that my Chromebook was unresponsive and completely dead. I guess I killed it.

Got this thing on the deal of the day for 300 bucks. It's very fast and doesn't lag at all. Takes about 2 seconds tops to boot up from being off. Plays videos crazy smooth. Modern strike online is a bit of a struggle at max settings but it plays smooth at medium. I couldn't be happier with this purchase for the price. Plenty of power to run all the apps I need.

I don't leave home without it. The 180 degree swivel touch screen is great for work, writing, reading, doodling, watching, and anything in between. With 8 gb of ram, it is powerful enough, and the chrome os is seamlessly integrated into the touch environment. Highly recommend.

Going from a 17" laptop to a 14" one was a challenge for my 83 year old eyes. Taking advantage of BB holiday return policy I kept it to realy see if I could get over the smaller size, Unfortunately I returned it. The only negative I had was with the BT connection with my hearing aids. It would show I connected but wasn't. This didn't happen every time,but still it was a little frustrating. Now the good, the IPS screen a zoomer delight,even with old eyes text was easier to read compared to the 17" machine. Tablet mode could be a challenge, Acer built it like a tank which was there intent, for consumer and enterprise customers. Over all would recommend this Acer it hit all the points I was looking for, but my eyes let me down. Acer does have a 15" with similar specs but can't find them not even on the Acer store.

This chromebook is just awesome. I had an Acer Chromebook for 4 years and it worked fine. I needed an update and I was looking for lit-keyboard and came across this Chromebook. It is also touch screen and is 360 which were features I wanted. The specs are also top among Chromebooks. Overall, best money ever spent.

This is my first personal Chromebook, besides the ones that my kids got issued by their school district, and I have had no complaint for these purposes - I have a consulting work and at the same time am enrolled in a non-degree graduate school program, for both of which I use this chromebook as a secondary portable machine. At thome I use a desktop. Transtion from Chromebook to the desktop PC or back to Chromebook is seamless thanks to Google suite. Since Google suites are in mature phase now, all spreadsheet, document, and presentation works have been smooth. Unlike my kids' premitive Chromebooks, this "Chromebook Plus" really is fast enough among several other good stuffs: quick boot, great wi-fi/bluetooth connection, adequate storage space and ports. The only issue is its screen glass has kind of strong glare, in which you should dial up its brightness to max, which is really bright to the degree that my eyes feel stinging. Overall, however, I'm glad that I purchased this. I recently bought a Lenovo i5 Yoga laptop for my 11th grade daughter, which has a lot more powerful spec, but I am just fine with my Chromebook.

We purchased this Chromebook as a replacement to our old Lenovo Windows laptop. This is night and day of to want to compare the two. This Chromebook is super fast and the setup was just as fast. We were very skeptical but our some convinced us that this was a great deal and it was. Very highly recommended.

Bought for my boyfriend birthday last year, he enjoys it & still learning the features on it. He teaches Math so it helps him prepare his projects needed for class. It does have a few limitations due to it being a chromebook. He loves how he can flip it and use it like a tablet.

This device was my secondary device to add on to my primary laptop and is performing well for this price point .The key differentiator is the swivel screen and it sync up with my phones as well .performance is not that much of a comparison with mainstream laptops but does what it is for ..overall a good buy for a second device or just for someone with light online usage

I am enjoying using my new Acer chromebook. I purchased it after my old one (another brand) would not power on. First, I received it in a very timely manner. The included sleeve was a surprise bonus. I have had it about five weeks and it's working great!! I love it, especially the larger screen!

Pretty good laptop easy to use can be use as a tablet

I absolutely love this chromebook spin. The display is beautiful and vibrant. I love the fact you can use it like a tablet or flip it three different ways to use it. Iam so glad i made this purchase its worth it. I think buying a wireless mouse with it is helpful but it being lightweight and the touch screen is a plus.
