I recently bought this as an upgrade over my older Acer 14 and the difference is night and day. Beyond the magnificent display, the specs really drive the quality feel and experience home. Everything is buttery smooth, even the various Linux apps and Android apps I've downloaded -- I even managed to play an Android game in tablet mode flawlessly. Overall, this device is a must purchase if looking at buying a ChromeOS machine

I’m new to the laptop world, but needed something for my new business. After consulting with my salesman - thanks for being so patient- we chose this chrome book. It meets all my needs and has a clear screen that shows my website in rich color. I can’t give details to the ease of use and it’s abilities, because of my lack of experience, but it seems quite capable for the average person.

very easy for my 9 yr old to use and navigate on his own but I did feel it was costly.

Out of the box this feels like a premium Chromebook. It is fast and feels well made. The screen is bright and photos look awesome. I love the back lit keyboard. I use the touch screen sparingly but love it when I do. I have not used the tablet mode yet. I would not hesitate to buy again. If you're looking for a well built, fast, good looking Chromebook then look no further.

Nice chromebook. Fast. If using hdmi port to hook up to your tv, your picture will have black edges on the vertical sides. Not a fan on this. Everything else is nice. There is no compatible stylus which isn't very convenient. This is a touch screen after all- and this is 2020 so I cannot think of a reason why they wouldn't add the convenience of making this device stylus compatible.

This is a great little chrome book for the money fast and very light.

*Acer Spin 713* This was purchased for my wife to handle our business social media accounts. It’s so quick with the SSD and boots up swiftly along with super fast browser load times. I’d bought this when it was the daily deal at $200 off & I was impressed to find a powerful, compact, flexible, workhorse for around $450. Don’t think twice.

Great computer, easy to use and beautiful screen that is easy on the eyes

Great Screen, Great Build Quality, Bad speakers and camera.

The best: fast resume, less distractions allowing focused work. The good. Excellent screen, weight, tablet format is usable, mouse pad is very good, Not so good. Battery life with normal use is not 10 or even 9 hours, less. Volume and power buttons are close to each other. Charging brick gets so hot I am considering contacting Acer support.

Everything positive you have read about this Chromebook is true. Amazing screen resolution. Great keyboard. Smooth an fast. Unfortunately all the negatives are also true. Awful speakers, unacceptable camera, and crazy heavy. What was Acer thinking? I did return this chrombook and purchased the Asus 734.

Been watching the reviews for a while now. Everyone raves about it. And just this morning there was a comparison article and at the end it said look and see if you can catch it on sale for $530 . Bingo was on sale went bought it and wow it’s everything I read and watched on the reviews . The screen is fantastic feels like a premium machine and it is. Love it.
