Excellent performance for the price. The only downside to this machine is the PWM dimming in the display that can cause headaches. Otherwise, it's literally perfect in every way. Instant buy.

Purchase this machine for my daughter back to school .... super happy... nice performance + look... With this spec and performance, I paid $550 (bestbuy on sale price), other brands will cost at least $800-900!!!

Love this Chromebook it's almost like my phone but a laptop and it is compatible with all my devices. I have used it this whole last month and I have no complaints. The battery lasts a very good long time.

Great Chromebook. Super responsive and quick with a fantastic screen. The only issue I have is a connection issue with Zoom. Seems to only happen on Chromebooks with my Netgear Nighthawk route.

Very happy with the product so far. I like that it is easy to use, but sometimes it is glitchy when trying to load email -- gives me error messages and won't load right away.

So far since I've had it performed exactly the way it supposed to having had the issues. As far as the general look I like it, its much better built than some of the others in the same price range.

This Chromebook Rocks! Super fast boot, super clear screen. Awesome for reading books, magazines and downloaded media from Overdrive, Libby or Kindle. Tablet mode is wonderful!

Bought for my granddaughter, who is doing distance learning/home schooling! Keeps the charge for quite a while, no problems, plenty of memory and she picked up on how to operate it very quickly!

Exactly what we needed. Onlydownside is bestbuy lowering price by $100 after we bought it then raising it back right before the price match could be completed. Still love myBestBuy.

Good computer. Use it for college work and entertainment. Performs well on both. Has about 9 to 12 hours on battery depends on which tasks you do. Conserves battery well and a good value.

I purchased this chromebook for my Grandpa since his computer had become infected with viruses. This device is much quicker and the voice function is simple for him to use.

This Chromebook performs much better than the lower-end Chromebooks that retail for under $400. Also, this Chromebook beats the performance of other Chromebooks like the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2, which retails for around $700. Not only does this Chromebook have 2 USB-C ports, and a USB-A port, but on top of that, it has a fully functional HDMI port, and of course, an audio jack. The other cool factors are that you can run Android apps in Tablet mode, and if you purchase a separate USI pen, it will work straight out of the box with this Chromebook!! This Chromebook works really well if you have two monitors to use with it.

This chromebook is great! So easy to use. Picture perfect. Backlight is great. Never had a chromebook. I will be a customer for life. Consumers rated it one of the best.

Just never worked properly. Sent it back to Acer twice before it got fixed but then sth else broke. So never was able to use it.

Everything about the Spin 713 is first rate except for the tinny speakers and the microphone that seems to be very poor quality. I bought this to replace an Acer R13 Convertible 13.3 inch that I bought in 2017. Placing ths spin side by side with the R13 and recording a video of myself talking, the new Spin 713 is vastly inferior to the Acer R13. Inferior speakers and the microphone recording on the Spin 713 sounds so bad it makes me wonder if it's defective. On the bright side, I love the big screen on the Spin 713 and the keyboard action is nice. The CPU is quick and the response time is great when opening web pages.

There are more expensive Chromebooks and cheaper ones out there but this one exceeds ALL that most people will ever need. You won't be sorry if you buy this Chromebook.

I love this Acer chromebook. It has a great screen so crisp and easy to use. This was easy to purchase online and pickup. Best Buy had a great price at $100 off.
