Nice size and power for Microsoft Office and internet. I love the touch screen - but getting used to the track pad takes some time, its very sensitive.

I'm a dedicated and loyal chromebook user. I finally sprung for a higher end model and I am not disappointed with this. Display is fantastic. The folding screen is way more useful than I would have expected. Tablet mode works great. Battery lasts all day with normal use. Only disappointment is the internal speakers are not the greatest. They are ok for a quiet room, but if you are doing something where you really need to hear the sound, you will probably want headphones or speaker.

Much faster than the standard chromebooks and good price. More square than typical rectangle dimensions so needed to get use to that.

Purchased for my grandsons to efficiently do there virtual learning classes due to Covid. The increased speed and features have been very helpful.

At the time of purchase, it was one of the best Chromebooks available. Solid specs, good battery and no complaints.

up until this purchase my world was stuck in 1080p. 2K will absolutely rock your world. this is my third chromebook. I sometimes use this to remote into a windows desktop, but for surfing the net, emailing, video streaming, and the like this thing totally rocks. my only complaint is after a year it doesn't seem to hold its charge as long as it once did, but its still better than any other laptop I've ever owned on battery life.

Its very nice. Sleek and looks good. Helped me during this pandemic to find a new job. The apps work well on it.

I've had low-end chromebooks before just for occasional use, or to run home media through (movies, radio, tv). This is the first one I've used as a primary computer. Physically this is very solidly build. I like the tablet-like option for touch screen use sometimes but mostly use it in laptop mode. I am considering a docking station or because I need more than one USB-3 port. Still figuring out apps and options for my PC tools, but so far I haven't found anything I can't do on here.

easy to set up and use. I went from a larger screen to this size and that has been an adjustment but otherwise i am very pleased.

A great product for anyone who needs to check email, pay bills, read a book or watch a movie while traveling. Excellent for people who are not computer savvy - easy to setup and easy to explain the navigation. The main complaint I have is that Excel I installed on it is inadequate for my needs - very limited sorting capability and even adjusting the raw and column size, copy and past and do some other basic things seems harder. I would not be happy to have it as my only computer, but it’s great for taking on vacation

Heavier than I thought it would be, but a great chromebook none the less. Chromebooks agree the best and this over is fast and easy.

I have mixed feelings about this Chromebook. Flimsy construction, is just okay but nothing to brag about.

Got it on sale for a great price and is very easy to use. Especially with doing online work and even streaming. The graphics are excellent

For the most part this is a pretty good laptop. My biggest complaint so far is the volume doesn't go up loud enough. If you are in need of using sound you wont enjoy it like you should unless you are in a quiet room by yourself. Acer should provide a free volume download to correct this. The least they can do for choosing to purchase their product. The option to have high volume is more important than they think.

This is one great chromebook. It is fast even with many tabs open. Touch screen is very responsive. It also has large storage
