It's sleek, small and easy to use. Turns on/off super fast. Most of my Google apps are compatible.

The screen quality on this particular Chromebook is amaaaazing compared to other Chromebooks. BUT the sound quality is absolutely terrible, it sounds tiny and is barely audible, I suggest you try it out at the store first. It sucks because had it not been for that I would have given it 5 stars.

This chromebook is as advertised. Lots of features, but a bit on the pricey side. I got it on sale so I consider it a bargain. I really like the 3:2 display which gives you more vertical space. The one complaint I have is the lack of clarity regarding this chromebook being stylus compatible. Some sources indicate it may be USI compatible, bu there aren't any USI styluses readily available so who knows.

This Chromebook is an excellent product. Although I have owned a Chromebook before, this was my first premium Chromebook purchase. It definitely has been worth the cost. It is my day-to-day go-to laptop. The 3:2 VertiView is certainly a plus. Much easier use than typical screen ratio. It means a lot less scrolling. Sound is not spectacular, but that wasn't an important criterion for my use.

Excellent speed, display, and keyboard. Rivals my MacBook Pro in all factors.

Recently purchased 4 of these for some field techs at work. These work great. They guys live that they are able to fold it into a tablet when needed but also use it as a laptop when needed. We only run Chrome at our business so having the guys be able to access everything while on the road is great. These are very durable and get the job done.

I like this laptop more than previous devices I’ve had. The way it folds completely and turns into a tablet it’s awesome. Then being able to type on the keyboard, is good. I am still learning the OS, and not comfortable with pet much everything I’ve used the device for, turning into ads. The keyboard doesn’t have a delete key? Despite everything, it’s a quality computer.

I bought the Acer Chromebook Spin 713 in April 2021. For the most part, I like it very much. The ONLY downside so far are the speakers! Of all the laptops I've owned, these speakers are the worst. I leave them set on the highest volume and sometimes even that is not enough to hear it well.

Best Chromebook of 2020. Quality well made machine. If you haven't tried the Chrome OS environment, you should. Very few users will need anything more powerful than this machine. I have used Chrome OS since the original CR-48 promotional machines from Google and this evolution of Chrome OS and the hardware with this machine is the best value for price, quality, user ability.

Got a couple of these for my kids to use at school since LAUSD exclusively used chromebooks and google docs. I wanted my kids to have their own rather then wait for the school to issue them, These were much better plus have the touch screen which thye found extremely useful and superior over the school-issued units,
