As a convert from the apple ecosystem I must say this is definitely a wonderful upgrade from the 13.3" 2015 Mac Book Air I've previously owned. All this laptop really needs is a fingerprint scanner and a place to put my stylus all for the same price and it would be perfect for me. Overall excellent Laptop and easy to transition from another ecosystem.

Very fast, still getting accustomed to the tall screen. One complaint is the sharp edges of the screen when the Chromebook is open and on your lap. I guess the designers never checked this out. It digs in when it is on bare legs. I Will have to come up with something to place on the edges since it's very uncomfortable.

Folds and can be used as a tablet. However it’s difficult for a student not to have access to word, PowerPoint etc. you can’t download many Appa’s that you need in school. You can’t instal pdf files too. Is pretty usefull but I’ll never buy a Cromebook again.

My first Chromebook. This is fast, silent, and super easy to use. Many of the apps I use everyday are available for this in the play store, so I am able to use this machine for everything. This model has the bigger processor and storage, so it wasn't inexpensive, but it is a very nice machine. There is no "delete" key. Took some getting used to!

This is the best Chromebook money can buy and it's at an excellent price. This Chromebook is sturdier than the more expensive Galaxy Chromebook but every bit as capable. The 4:3 ratio screen is better for any task other than watching movies. The screen is he gh resolution is beautifully sharp. I highly recommend it and BestBuy's price can't be beat!

The good and bad of this chromebook has been covered here extensively & accurately- great keyboard, performance specs, display aspect ratio and brightness/color are why I purchased, and it delivered in those respects initially; poor speakers and build quality were acceptable sacrifices I knew going in, and all that was equally true. It was Acer's warranty service that was the final straw, and why I would never purchase another Acer product again. Mine never leaves my house, I baby it. Still, within 8 months, while just sitting there typing on it, the display just went out. Tech support realized I'd need to send it in for a replacement display on my dime. I thoroughly video documented its perfect condition and function (via external monitor) inside and out, perfectly clean, carefully packaged it in its original box to ship out so it'd make it there in still perfect condition. They did replace the display, then mailed it back to me completely unprotected... completely bare in only an ENVELOPE! There were deep dents in the casing of course. My only recourse? To ship it back to them again, and be without it for another few weeks, to have them replace the casing. I declined this offer, because they assured me it would again be returned to me in the same completely unprotected ENVELOPE! I even offered to pay to have it shipped back out in something with more protection, so it would not sustain as much or more damage again. Not possible. To further inconvenience me, they wiped my hard drive, completely unnecessary to replace a display, as I've done myself before on chromebooks. Ofc sending the part out to the user, and avoiding all the above headache is not possible either. A $600 lesson, to avoid Acer at any cost.
