The screen resolution is outstanding,and the backlit keyboard works great. The operating system is spot on and fast. However, the speakers are absolutely terrible for the price you are paying. That alone makes this product very disappointing.

I bought it for my 9 year-old son for online schooling. He loves it easy to use and love how you can fold it in half and stand it up. He also loves the touch screen and the built-in web camera. Perfect if you're doing school online and have your teacher and whole class on webcams very clear picture.

Apparently the Screen glitches for 1 - 2 seconds is a common problem among Acer products. Sadly I will be returning this Chromebook as it has become annoying. Its not a major issue but for me its annoying enough. This Chromebook is Probably the Best and well spec'd currently. It has the same spec as the entry-level Surface Laptop 3 and it is much cheaper! The Speaker could need some improvement, Screen is lovely, Nice and Bright. The keyboard feels very solid with No Flex. The trackpad is awesome, Great Size much better than HP x360.

Replaced my older chromebook. Old one was good but this is better. Good value. Works well with all of my other systems. Only complaint - can't scan wirelessly from my Canon printer. Solved that with phone scanning app.

This is the best chromebook, I don't have any trouble with the sound, (like others have said) Words cannot say how happy I am with my acer 713 spin! Buy it, the picture resolution is very nice and at night the keyboard lights up so you can see and work or play at dark! Love it

Very high-quality but you will quickly see its limitations versus a Windows or Apple computer. I was hoping to use for work, but due to limitations of being able to use full versions of Office products, I have been using it as a casual web browsing device.

Beautiful computer high quality workmanship works really well unfortunately it wasn't for me I am 73 years old and arthritic it was too heavy for me to handle and too awkward for me to use in my seated position in my lazy boy chair so I had to send it back

Wow! This chromebook is so much different than my Toshiba laptop. It has more functions than I can comprehend. For me, this is a good choice for using the web now and into the future. I am really excited to learn new apps, photo skills and games. Very affordable, too.

If you are looking into a Chromebook look no further than this product. I was wanting something that wasn't going to be outdated in a year, be overwhelmed because of the chipset/ram and also had nice amount of storage onboard. Very pleased with my purchase

I never thought o buying a chrome book since I am an Apple user, but when this post pandemic time arrived my daughters school suggested a reliable chrome book computer to help her with her school assignment. Nice choice that will stay with us for some good time.

I purchased this computer for my 6th and 9th grader and they love everything about the computer. I also was able to verified that this computer quality and features are amazing and definitely recommend this computer for any Middle and High School Student.

Acer Chromebook is fast, light weight and so intuitive. We had a problem with the AC power adapter but after review by Geek Squad the laptop was replaced with a new one. Very pleased with laptop and Best Buy handling of the situation.

I've had this over a year and it is still going strong. With the usb-c on both sides for charging, the powerful i5 processor the Chromebook is my go to for on the go.

It was time to get a new family computer and after a year of virtual learning we loved the ease of use of our childs chromebook. This computer is fast, allows us to do all the things we need and was a good price.

Track pad became unusable. The first few freezes I was able to fix following Google guidelines on trouble shooting track pad. The third time it froze, not even a chrome wash reset would work. To many issues with track pad so early after purchasing made me decide to return and look for another Chromebook.
