So far I'm loving my new chromebook. I particularly like the startup in a flash. Open it and it responds. I'm still on a learning curve for the differences between this and my old, slower than slow, laotop.

purchased for my 11 yr old she loves it! Long lasting battery. charges quickly. It feels heavy and sturdy like its able to endure a few drops. love that it can be used as tablet. touch screen! great buy!

I bought this Chromebook for my wife as a birthday present. She loves it. Speakers aren't too loud, mainly only negative about the device.

this Chromebook is great, only issue i experience is black screen have to send back to acer to repair. if you love watching movie on the laptop other issue will be the sound not loud enough.

Bought this for my daughter and she loved it! She even said that a couple of her friends are going to buy one as well.

This thing is awesome! If you buy a PixelBook or Galaxy Chromebook and spend near $1000 bucks, you're wasting your money. This thing is well built and has so many great features, and love the 3:2 resolution. Buy it!

Searched reviews for a tablet to replace my old one. I thought this Acer met my needs in value and price with the features it had. It has been very responsive and enjoyable to use.

I would have given a five star,but I tried calling the best buy in Modesto I kept getting the run around! I have a few questions! But I didn't really get resolved! So I really don't know how I feel.

This laptop is great but because it is a Chromebook and runs on Chrome OS instead of Windows or Mac it can't run as many programs. It works great with Google applications and websites, but not with much else.

When it worked it was great, but sooooo disappointed overall. After just over a year, it crashed and I had to reinstall Chrome OS. Did that two more times. Now, after not even a year and a half, it crashed again and I am unable to reinstall Chrome. Expensive piece of junk. So disappointed in Acer! Beware!

I really like it. A little down side with Interior speakers, but you can add external speakers, headphones. After that it was a great purchase

This wasn’t bad purchase, but it wasn’t what I wanted. It was too bulky and thick. I chose to return it for a Mac. The price difference was worth it.

Hard to beat the Acer 713 Spin Chromebook. Only weak point the speaker in a noisy environment is weak. Fast and great screen. Has earphone jack and strong wifi connection.

Usage has been a totally new experience for me.. I am slowly learning all the tools I have a my fingertips. I know I am going to completely enjoy more and more as time goes on.

Love my new Chromebook. The only thing I'm not happy with is the battery does not last as long as they tell you, and the speaker is extremely low. Need to use speakers to hear.

Love it. For the price its the best thing to come into my life. An i absolutely love the touch screen! It makes it perfect for all my shopping needs.

I did not want to learn the O/S. So, I returned the product for Windows-based product. The salesman was great. The transaction was very smooth. The exchange went great as well.

Got this for my little sister due to going remote learning and she loves it. So I would recommend it. Just keep in mind it is required to be online to function.

Got this for my daughter to replace her older Chromebook and she loves it! She literally takes it everywhere she travels for school work and to watch movies!

I have been looking for a decent discount on this particular model Acer Chromebook for nearly a year. It has everything I need built-in and productivity is wonderful.
